The snow was falling silently onto the ground. Numa watched as the snow slowly changed the surrounding background; dead leaves and small plants were fast being covered up by a thick layer of white. As Numa stood watching the falling snow a door nearby creaked open and in walked a girl with orange red hair holding a book. "Hey Numa, whatcha doing back there little fellow?"the girl asked smiling as she made her way towards a table near the fireplace. "Brr, it's cold," the girl continued as she tossed a piece of wood into the fire. Numa watched the girl with a slight interest. He felt bored being cooped up the house he and the girl occupied. He wanted to go out and play. ...

Colouring book.
"Hey Numa!" Rapid said as she walked into the room where the little beat was. "...Guess what I got you?"
Raising his eyes the beat looked over at the red head girl. "A muffin?"
"well..no...I mean yes, the muffins are in the kitchen but that's not really what I had in mind...," Rapid replied walking towards the green beat. " I got you...A colouring book and a set of colour pencils too!"
"Ummm oh...okay...,"the beat replied as he took the present from his guardian. "What am I suppose to do with it?"
"Colour of course silly. It'll help you pass the time," replied Rapid smilling. "Here look! There's a coloured reference image beside the uncoloured one as well as a short description and story written underneath it. Go on Numa, try colouring it," said Rapid beaming.
"Ummm...," Numa replied as he took up a coloured pencil. Checking the reference picture the beat was soon imersed in colouring. In the background his guardian smiled.

Going to the Market.
Numa watched as his guardian prepared to leave for the market with interest. He had not been out often (excluding the garden) and the colouring book and television could only do so much to curb boredoom.
Taking a deep breath the beat then hopped off his sofa and pattered towards his guardian.
"Oh, hi Numa. I was just about to leave for the market. Do you want to come along?" Rapid asked smilling.
"Sure," Numa replied as he once again pettered off towards the parked car. This was going to be a new experience for the little beat.

The Market.
Numa watched happily as the car made it's way along the countryside road. This was going to be exciting that's for sure!
Turning his attention towards his guardian, the little beat then pointed towards a large sign with a picture of fruits and vegetables pasted on it.
"Yes Numa, the market is in sight," Rapid replied smiling as she turned a corner and found a parking space. Hopping out, Numa eagerly followed his guardian and the sight of so many stalls selling all sorts of wares interest him a lot. Soon, he was seen walking up to each stall and observing the activity that happened there.
"Hey Numa, here's a bit of money for you to spend on whatever catches your fancy okay little guy?" Rapid said as she handed Numa a couple of green notes." Spend wisely though. It won't last forever,"
Numa nodded as he immediately took off towards a nearby toy stall. Humming softly, his guardian follwed him to make sure Numa would really be alright.
