He is a mysterious dude, sporting wicked shades and a double crossing nature. Wesker used to work for Umbrella, but went against their plans and instead was employed by a mysterious organization known only as "The Agency". He is supposedly finding someway to bring Umbrella back to it's full power.

He and his team are completely decimated by Birkin after he injects himself with the virus. Hunk somehow managed to escape. He Then managed to stay alive for 4 days in the filthy sewers. He also was just enlisted by "The Agency."

It was more to fill the air than anything else this time, and clearly automatic instead of conversational. The same smirk on his face glimmered either way, happy to have the distraction. His teammate was already gearing up for his next move. This time, Artie was a bit more careful and Noah was increasingly watchful. He was leaning to the left, supposing the next shot might be a trick, when he let fly instead in the opposite direction. With an awkward stretch and a reaction time more befitting a seeker, he caught the ball with a bend of his wrist and a careful flexing of the fingers. It was luck, with how slow he was today, that he had been able to pull off that save. Dramatic timing, he would call it. The suspense of the moment. Sure. With a low chuckle, he tossed the quaffle underhand to Artie as he approached.
:tab: Truth or dare had been one of the many ways Noah and Johanna had attempted to torment and tease Liam into cracking every once in a while — he loved fun, but he was very much a “kid gloves” kind of guy with his unquestioning piety and less-than-questioning attitude. But again, Noah wasn’t feeling that keen need to control emotions. Today was hard enough without playing around with someone who might not appreciate the attention as much. Maybe he was just tired. Raising his eyebrows a bit, he gave Arthur a good look before deciding to go gentle. There was no harm in going slow.
