Goddammit, I'm not some ******** gutter-dwelling drug addict like the media would have everyone believe, I'm an intelligent young student with bipolar disorder and marijuana controls my depressive episodes better than ANY prescription medication.
AND I CAN'T ******** GET ANY ANYWHERE BECAUSE I CAN'T FIND A PROPER HOOKUP ANYWHERE IN NYC. stressed Somebody wanna help me out, or at least commiserate and rant about how much the fact that marijuana's illegal sucks a**? -_-

I can't help you since the KB that was bought in April is gone (three people went in on it and we smoke the s**t out of it).
But I'll rant. And I can rant like a mother ******** can rant on the breaking of international law. I can rant on the fact that while drug users are going to jail rapists and murderers are allowed to walk free. I can rant on the insanity of finacial aid being stripped from users but not rapists or murderers. I can basically do a long a** rant on the main reason why ANY drug should be legal is because when the actions a person does harms no one then MAYBE themselves they should not be punished for their actions.
I'm so glad I cured my bipolar disorder with an illegal substance and one that I don't need that often, I think I'd be going insane too (going on month 5 of no bipolar episodes).

AMEN! If people do stupid things on drugs, maybe it's because THEY ARE STUPID PEOPLE. Plenty of us manage to keep control of ourselves using various substances, and yet we get punished just the same as those who ACTUALLY HARM OTHER PEOPLE WITH THEIR BEHAVIOUR!
AND MOST OF AMERICA DOESN'T GET WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT SITUATION!!!! >__<

I also self-medicate with weed for my bipolar disorder. I am sorry you can't find any in New York of all places. I guess crack is more readily available.

Ain't that the truth. I can get practically _anything_ else - coke, crack, heroin, shrooms, LSD, ecstacy.... And while I might like to have the last three from that list for social fun, pot's the only thing I consume regularly. crying

Pelike I also self-medicate with weed for my bipolar disorder. I am sorry you can't find any in New York of all places. I guess crack is more readily available. Technically, crack should work even better. For a few minutes, and then it'll get much worse, but, y'know... xp

Coke/crack and heroin are the things I swore when I started trying drugs that I'd never use. There's too much potential there for physical addiction for me to want to take that risk. I don't preach to other people about it though, just a personal choice. 3nodding

Althogh I don't see the hard drugs being legalized anytime soon they could at least issue it out to people who need them for medical purpouses.

I tried meth once and hated it. I've used ecstacy a handful of times, and it was fun, but I'm sort of past the stage in my life where I like to party all night and that's really all it's good for.
Pain pills have never been worth it to me either. They don't even work on pain, much less do anything for recreational purposes.
