I've been wanting to hire a manager for the shop to keep things updated,
and I think it would be nice to ahve a few more dedicated staff members to keep up on all the stuff that needs to be doen around the guild.
there are lots of little chores that always need to be done, so if you think you can offer up your talents, please do.
These are jsut ideas, so please feel free to make suggestions.
Possitions I'm considering giving people:
SHOP MANAGER
I've mentioned my desire to hire a Shop Manager to Neith, though she hasn't gotten back to me yet.
I'd like to leave them the responsibility of running auctions, raffles, and shop events as well as making sure the shop's front page is updated with the latest information.
I'd like them to also be responsible for our 'treasury' and keep a record of what artists need to be paid, who owes us funds, ect.
Basically, just someone to keep track of business and oragization when we get behind. ^_-
RP manager #3
This would be another staff member like x & neith, someone who does rp prompts, updates journals and keeps track of a child's story and journal.
I've also been considering letting someone new in on the RP responsiblities so we can devide up the children equally among the staff so no child gets 'forgotten'
Mini-shop Manger/Artist
we've got a minishop, but I fear it doesnt' get much use. This would be a fun project for someone, I think. ^^
Event Planning committee
Maybe a committee of three people to organize and run occassional events and parties?
Someone to plan, someone to do graphics and a third person to write/rp?
Suggestions?
