Personality: nice(as in she will help people and she is polite too), and only fights when necessary, a little naïve, is sorta a goody-two-shoes.
Powers: Able to cast spells like, healing, and a lot more, and can levetate stuff(pshychokiniesis) (Nothing bigger or heavier than a bicicle ment for an 11-year old though), also book-smart
Weakness: Very physicaly weak, naïveness gets her into trouble at times, breaks stuff, or stuff starts flying around with pshychokiniesis on accident when emotional

Backround: Stargirl came from a town that was purely magical, they didn’t use cars, instead, they flew or teleported, after her parents died when she was 8, she found out she had powers to cast spells.
At age 14 she traveled away from her town and has been wandering ever since. At age 15, she still wanders, she has been sighted around Station square…Trying to figure out what those machines with wheels are
