Even though this doesn't have much to do with Athrun I really really hate Fllay, because she never let Kira talk with Cagalli, so they could hardly take the time to realize that they're related. Plus, Fllay was crazy insane about Kira she never let him be alone with any other person.

Plus, Fllay was crazy insane about Kira she never let him be alone with any other person. well i agree with you to that point, i'm a fllay hater too. however, i think that her anger towards cagalli showed a big point that cagalli ended up finding fllay errectrically annoying. so fllay isn't really a bad character, just a really annoying one. it is truly sad.

I don't really hate her...yet I don't really like her. I somewhat feel sorry for her. Though, I really doubt that her interference with Kira and Cagalli would have made it any different. In fact, I think it helped their relationship out. If it were to have gone too far, well then...let's just say imagine this time what their reaction would have been once they found out they were twins. xd

I agree with Mishu. I'll admit Fllay is one of the characters that I utterly dislike and found kind of annoying. However, her life since Heliopolis has been difficult for her, and it makes me feel sorry for her.
Lol, if Fllay was there when Cagalli and Kira found out they were twins, she'd flip and start going after Kira again. But then again...Kira would already be with Lacus... ^^"

I started off hating Fllay, but no, I do not hate her. I'm the only one who voted that they didn't hate her...
In the begining, she was really annoying. She clung to Kira, and blah blah blah, what you guys said. But in the end, she was truely sorry for what she did. I guess I forgave her in the end, just as she apologized to Kira. But I think the whole hate Fllay thing has something to do with Kira too. I mean, he didn't even notice she was manipulating him. No wonder she got as far with him as she did.

Ahem...yeah, Fllay was very manipulative. I friend and I would always call her the b****. ^_^ But then, she couldn't watch the rest of the show so I would have to tell her over the phone. It was funny when I told her about what happened in the end. She couldn't believe that Kira and Fllay actually loved each other.

It's understandable why Fllay is hated, but I don't hate her for it. She's designed to be hated, basically. I liked the concept around her, something that hasn't really popped up in Gundam yet. Fllay... I can't hate her for who she is, but I don't like what she did.

A lot of people don't like what she did. Which makes it hard for KiraxFllay fans. They can write a really well written fanfic and everyone will just bash it, because they hate Fllay so much. In fact, I am tired of reading fanfics where Fllay acts like a complete Kira-obsessed ditz. Its really annoying and overplayed.

Ah, but the reason they get such positive responses is because generic reviewers generally like Fllay and go 'YAY FLLAY GOT DUMPED B**** WOOT UPDATE SOON'. Which encourages them. So that's why everyone uses it. It really does ruin a story if done incorrectly.

It's the same way with me when it comes to fics that match Athrun with somebody different. Including Kira...sadly. But, I'll start reading a fic and it starts out nice, then Athrun ends up with someone else and the whole relationship is ruined. That usually makes me feel as if my heart has been ripped out. Honest. That's how strongly I feel for this couple. But I don't leave flames that critisize their work just because I didn't get to see my fav couple end up together, or that Meer, Luna, or Meyrin ended up with Athrun. I'll most likely just don't read it.
I find most readers to be immature.

Anyway...I use the search engine too...but it depends on what you're refering to. Are you searching on ff.net or a random search engine like google?

Well I think people more side with Kira than Fllay because they see him as kind and naive which many girls like in a guy. The only reason why they are so put against Fllay is because they are sticking up for Kira and therefore would prefer him with someone more like him....like Lacus I suppose.
Lol, when I search anime fanfiction, I use ff.net. Google gives you huge lists of pointless things.
