take a plate put the clean spinach leaves on it. Add tomatoes and the carrot slices and the peppers. Cut the chicken in long slices. put genlty on the plate on top of the salad. Sprinkle parmesan on top. and place lemon slices around the plate on the side. 1 Can of Cream of chicken Campbell or mushroom (chicken is better)
1 smal pieces of onions
half of a onion
Cheese Mozzarella
PRe-heat the oven around 400C

We know that all oven are different, so check it often ^_^ after it gets gold add a bit of cheese on top. and let it melt
Voila! its good but only a cup it good.. i can't eat too much of it.. lactoze intolerance... but I still eat cheese or ice cream... coz i love it.. ^_^;; but yeah I'll get those pill and enjoy it! muahahah

Homemade Fries
This is so simple and there's hardly any work to do them.
arrow take a few potatoes(depending how many people you are going to serve) arrow Rosemary arrow Seasonning Salt arrow Olive Oil arrow ziplock bag Note: 1 plate full of fries for 1 person. 2 potatoes
1.Wash them well with the brush 2.Cut both ends of the potatoes and toss it in the garbage. 3.Cut the potatoes in pieces (whatever you like to cut it into) 4.Take a ziplock bag and put a some olive oil in it. (DO NOT PUT A LOT, JUST ENOUGH TO SAY THAT IT FILLS THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG FROM ONE END TO ANOTHER) 5.take a bunch of pieces of potatoes and put it in the bag. 6.close the bag 7. shake well. 8. take the pieces and put it on a baking pan. (DO THIS UNTIL ALL PIECES OF POTATOES ARE ON BAKING PAN) 9. Sprinkle some Rosemary on top of the potatoes. you can also sprinkle some seasoning salt of them too.
10. Bake at 370 degrees for about 15 minutes.
11. Serve

Mel's Delicious Recipe
Visual? Look at it here: Recipe for the hungry!
Ingredients: One slice of bread 8 strawberries 8 rasberries 2 spoons of sugar 5 spoons of water butter or margarine
*To make my special ingredient, mix the butter or margarine with one spoon of sugar then apply it on the bread.*
1- In a small pot, mix the water and the strawberries with the raspberries. Boil it until it starts smelling the fruits in your house and that the juice has mixed with the water.
2-When boiling, mix the spoon of sugar and keep stiring.
3-Leave in on low fire for a couple of minutes while you put your slice of bread with the special ingredient in a plate.
4-Serve the hot mixture on the slice of bread and enjoy it! Really good! Yummy!
PS- I know some people who loves this on ice cream too. Try and use your imagination as much as you want! CURSE LACTOSE INTOLERANCE LAWL...
