Two things, I think: Freya returns, and Dragonfly starts to make Chii a marked Chobit.

Chi and Hideki's relationship blooms, Freya appears before DragonFly and he decides to make his own Chobit. Then Freya's soul/spirit takes over the Chobit.

I made a parodical top ten list, in the style of David Letterman...this is actually pretty old.


Top Ten Rejected Plot Twists For Chobits Episodes

10: Yumi goes postal, beheads Yuzuki. (Hideki: *horrified* I should‘ve known…)

9: In a bid against boredom, Ms. Hibiya tries her hand at Candid Camera-style reality TV. Minoru is caught in an embarrassing moment, holds Chii hostage and torches DVD that would’ve made billions

8: Chii and the others team up to thwart CLAMP’s plans to put Hideki in Tsubasa. (Hideki: *struggles against straps* Noooo! I don‘t wanna be in a crossover!)

7: Hideki uncovers Dragonfly’s ICBM silos hidden in Club Pleasure

6: An psycho killer moves into Room 104, making it something to REALLY fear…only gets worse when Ms. Hibiya is kidnapped halfway through the episode when she asks about the rent

5: The Live Peep manager returns for Chii. This time, she‘s NOT going willingly…

4: In a send-up of the Drew Carey Show, the “What‘s Wrong With This Anime?” episode

3: Sumomo plays Hideki a message from Princess Leia

2: Chii takes the red pill, her whole life changes

And the number one rejected plot twist is…

1: Kotoko crosses over to the Dark Side, climaxing in a decisive lightsaber fight with Sumomo, clashing precariously over Minoru’s stovetop

...But SERIOUSLY, folks, I am gonna stick to my guns and still belive Freya would've gotten a second chance at life, on the good side, as Chii's sister once again. Probably made funny because Freya has to get used to the physical world again, including things she didn't have to do as a spirit/thought thing in Chii's head (i.e. bathing, some manners, etc). I think it would be interesting to see a character who seemed to have everything under control when we first saw her to be, or at least feel, awkward at times. But of course...she'd still be polite and proper...also made funny if Freya starts acting like Miss Manners in a Gothic Lolita black dress. (i.e. Freya: sweatdrop Chii, you know you don't have to do that all the ti---oh, CHII!... gonk scream *you make up your own reason Freya said that wink *)



I dunno why, but that strikes me as really dodgy-sounding. Call me biased, but I think the first thing Dragonfly'd do to her is go all Hostel on her as a surrogate to Chii...totally f###ed up.
I seriously think Dragonfly's f###ing OBSESSED with Chii and the Chobits in general. You know what I mean...like his room's walls are plastered with pictures he took of her...stares at them all day...plots out her exact routes and movements through the city...something like that. All that good horror movie stuff. Like, Chii looks over her shoulder, thinks she's seen something...and sees what looks like him ducking behind some crowd. And if Freya's with her...
Freya: Chii...did you hear something?
*creepy "sneaking" sound effects*
Chii: Chii think we are...being watched...
*Dragonfly lunges at them, Freya screams and falls over, Chii is dragged into the shadows*
...something like that. That creepy hacker might become a repeat offender, y'know what I mean? And despite all the troubles, everyone else they encounter, even maybe Zima and Dita to some degree since Chii and Freya are no longer all that dangerous, seems to want to help. With the added aid of Freya, love will still conquer all...
*"I Hear You Everywhere" plays*

Freya: *sarcastically* And tune in next week for "The Gong Show!"
Me: You're just jealous... heart
Freya: EWWW! Get AWAY from me!!! *slaps...no, make that, 'delivers a right hook'*

Hm, well a new idea came to me. Jima and Dita would continue to watch over Chi and Hideki, just to watch and see what happens. Of course Chi would ask Chitose what happened to Freya's where abouts. Next thing that happens is that Chitose decideds to create the final Chobit. It will be just like Freya, perhaps even Freya's soul/spirit would go into that Chobit body. Then Freya would try to find the special someone just for her. But until then, Freya would watch over Chi just like a big sister to make sure she is truly happy. Jima would end up talking to Freya, maybe showing a slight crush on her. Then at some point, someone for Freya would come along. Someone dark and mysterious like she is. Freya would be happy to find someone she likes, alas Freya would set that person through various tasks to see if they really are the special someone for her. Then the other characters would fall into the plot at some time.

Hmm. I can see that.

Hmmm... things I'd like to see:

– Minoru grow up
– Jima and Dita continue their relationship (maybe a whole new side story)
– Freya become reincarnated in another chobit by Chitose
