Even if Citrine tried to save her village and her cub, she couldn't help but burn with fury as Shun took pity on Rini but not her own cub. She begins to remember her own family as she thinks about what she should do at this point with herself. She begins to day dream in a trance...
"...rine..."
.."Citrine...!!"
*she closes her eyes and begins to look within her mind to try and remember who's voice is calling out to her*...
.."You're so mean..."

Citrine, I would like to formally apologize for Aioshi's... no.. MY behavior. This has happened before... on this very isle.... I guess that is why I was drawn here... I do not know my purpose here... if you would like revenge, I am in the ninja village... in Shun's house, sleeping.... if you would like revenge, kill me. I did not enjoy my actions. And any reprimands you think I deserve to pay.... then... *bows and dissapears leaving words on the wind* ~If you want revenge, I am as helpless as your pup.... I am sorry...~

I understand that it was not you but that vile and tainted ball of darkness that is clotting your pure soul... As much as I want revenge, I won't take it out on you...Because you were not the one who caused it...and it was all an illusion.... I... Only regret being second to Shun.... But I can understand why he is so protective of you... He never had a chance to raise his children because of his work...which If I were his own daughter, I'd never forgive him for ever being there for me... Now he has a chance to at least have a relationship with you as a daughter figure regardless that you are much older than him.... I have no reason to cling onto Shun at this point... He probably loathes me for trying to rid of your darker side by killing you... And I don't blame him... But as I said before... He's taken by you... be it daughter ... Or.. Even as a bethrothed... ... I have no reason to stay here no more... If you can... Tell Shun that my body will dissapear within a week... If he wants to say goodbye then tell him to come to the Clifftop. And tell him... That I hope he's happy with his new daughter..
