How did you learn about marijuana? How old do you think a person should be before they are exposed to drug education? What did you think of the book?

I think it really depends on the kid's age and if the parents are comfortable about talking to their kid about drugs. But I'd say somewhere between the ages 8 and 13.
I learned from my parents. I was pretty young. No regrets.
I liked that story, I showed it to my mom, who wants to order a couple copies now...

Thanks. I just read that book and enjoyed it too. Yes I would read it to my daughter. I think I would do it after the first time she asks me about marijuana, really wanting to know. (She's only 2 right now, and very rarely does Mom take some of her "herbal medicine")

I'd would, once they're old enough to understand it. But then again, where I live, people are very open about marijuana use, so I doubt I'd really need to.

Yes, If I had kids, I would read it to them. But I think I would wait until they were 6 or a bit older, depending at what age they start asking questions about it.
