My mum has really bad BP and it makes her really angry and she can't control it sometimes...she gets manic and she can't think of anything to say and it frustrates her to the point of throwing things around the room.
Her and her bf argue literally constantly, and every few days it gets really hard for me to cope with because she ends up saying stuff about moving out and she brings me into their argument, liek everyone does sometimes like "Liz we're moving out so pack some things for the morning."
But I don't know what to do because I've been made to move around all my life and every time she does this my own BP kicks off and I get jittery and confused cos I mean what am I supposed to do, pack or not? Usually she doesn't mean it, but she never says that she didn't afterwards.
When they argue now, it's usually in front of me and I shake....well....I don't know, twitch I gues. Not as bad as twitching though, like the twitches you get when you're cold, inbetween the shivers.
And I'm getting more and more depressed and I can't think straight, and I never go to college anymore cos I really don't see the point.
Does ANYONE have any advice for my situation?

My mum has serious Bipolar as well(I do too), and so she used to walk out all the time when she was in one of her moods (things are better now), and it was hard, because none of us knew where she was going, we suspected it was either to her work, or to just drive around, and that would be dangerous. I remember one time, when I was in 7th grade, she threw a shoe at me, and a few times in 6th grade she slapped me, we always used to get in to really bad fights, not only arguments, but like, fights, in which we would call eachother names, get down on eachother about everything, it rarely got phsycical, and thats good, but it was really degrading for the both of us.
My parents are separated, so I know the feeling about moving around a lot. When your mum gets in one of these moods, do you think its okay to go with her? Just make sure you use judgement in your situation. You don't have to do s**t that you don't want to, just tell her that.
Also, its never fun to have the rentals argue in front of you, I've been there. Its hard to do, but asking them to "take it to another room" helps a lot. They may not listen at first, but if you persist, it might help. Also, if you give them dirty looks whenever they start up, that might help too.
