- You must have at least five members.
At least three members must be adolescents or adults.
You must create a temporary flock icon or show an image to Toushin to have it created.
You must have a description of the flock so that it can be posted in the flock database.
You must have a list of rules and requirements of the flock.
All five members must be individual owners. They cannot be the same person.
It is up to the flock members who will be the Alpha Leaders.
Your flock must pay for its own territory forum. It can be supplied by one person or divided up by the flock members. Once the 2500 has been donated to the guild, please PM Hippogryph with the title of your territory and it will be created.
