Ishi-san's coffee shop is rather small and fits around 15 to 20 people though he tries to keep it dust and dirt free. The customers come through a wooden sliding door with a hanging sign that says 'Open' or 'Closed'. The shop has several wooden tables with wooden stools/benches. Most tables fit 3 to 4 people. A customer can also sit by five feet long counter if they prefer to.
There is a doorway that leads to the back of the restaurant where the groceries and stock usually go to. One side is where the food is stocked and the other is where Ishi-san keeps his crafting materials such as chisels and hammers. There is a small space in the middle where he puts a small wooden table and some chairs, just in case anyone in the village wants private cards time with him.
The space isn't really big and can fit about 6 people. On right hand side of the doorway there's a stairway leading to the upstairs where Ishi-san lives. The back of the room is usually a no entry zone unless Ishi-san gives permission.
On the walls of the shop are simple paintings with beautiful wooden frames carved by Ishi-san himself. There are also shelves where he displays his little wooden figurines.
Ishi-san is usually behind the counter cooking. He knows how to cook various dishes and if you don't know what to order, he'll recommend you his specialty. He likes to talk to his customers when he's not really busy shooing the cats that sneak into his shop.

*Suki Nara walks in and sits at the five foot counter. She then notices that no one is around her at all.
"Is anyone coming soon?"
*Suki Nara ponders that thought...

A big man who was a little pot-bellied and wearing a white, oil stained apron stood behind the counter. He gave out quiet curses as he prepared ingredients for the small gathering that was going to be held in his shop.
"Luckily only a few of them are coming!" he grumbled to himself while wiping off droplets of sweat from his forehead with a handkerchief, "They say ninjas are picky... Hope they'll like my food."
Ishi-san smiled as he remembered that his granddaughter, Saori, would always eat his dishes and not complain. He also remembered her saying that she was his 'dai-ichi' customer. The thought gave him encouragement to cook better food. 'I hope those ninjas don't give leftovers to the cats! Pesky creatures!!' he thought and chopped onions.

Gato walked into the Cafe, rain soaken. Quickly, he walked over to one of the tables and sat down quietly. Gato pulled off his jacket and set it on the back of the chair. Suddenly aware that there was someone behind the counter, Gato stood up, giving a slight bow. "Hello, sorry for being rude. I am Gato. The Jounnin teacher of Unit One of the Mizu Village." He sat back down, "This is a lovely cafe, very clean."

Ishi-san smiled with pride and bowed back to the Jounnin. "Thank you for noticing, Gato-san. My name is Ishi. Ishi Saotome. Did you come for Saori's party?" the old man asked. He looked at Gato and nodded. 'A fine man...' he thought. Ishi-san hurriedly took a cup, placed it in front of Gato and poured in some hot, green tea.

Saori ran towards the coffee shop, opened the sliding door gently and went in. She let out a sigh of relief that she's out of the rain. She liked the rain but sometimes you can't have too much of anything. She hoped Aya and the others will make it to the coffee shop dry.
"Ojii-chan, do you need help..." Saori stopped short as she noticed there was a guest at the counter.
She was surprised that Tai-cho was the first to arrive to the party. She quickly gave a bow and walked behind the counter where her jii-chan was.
"Konbanwa, Tai-cho. Thank you for coming," Saori said with a smile.

Realizing that the party had finally started Suki Nara reenters into the cafe to see that a couple people were in their. "How is everyone?" Suki Nara then walks up to the 5 foot counter top, again, and waits till the owner comes up and asks what she will like to drink. Suki replies,"I would like a ginseng tea please." Once the tea had arrived she sat by herself at the table slowly sipping the tea in her hands.

Gato smiled and nodded, "You don't have to bow to me Saori." he said smiling. "You are very welcome." he added, giving a slight nod. "I enjoy places like these!" Gato returned to his Green Tea and drank it, "Sir, this is really delicious!" he said happily, "Best I've had in a very long time!"

Aya entered the Cafe, shaking off the rain that had collected on her. She looked up and saw Saori, and Gato. "Hello!!" she said merrily, trying to hide the fact she was still depressed. Aya walked over to Gato and sat next to him. "Saori!! This place is amazing!! Thank you for inviting me!"

"Irashaimasen," Saori said loudly behind the counter as people started coming into the coffee shop," You're welcome Aya. I'm glad you came."
She was happy for most people were able to make it. She made a pot of her special cinnamon tea and placed it in front of an empty spot on the counter beside Suki. She then gestured Aya to come and sit there with waving.
"Suki-san, enjoying your tea? The food will be ready in a moment... Did any of you bring any music?" Saori asked.

Ishi-san grinned as he heard Gato-sensei said those words of praise. He was working on his signature fried noodles as people had already arrived to his coffee shop. "Glad you liked it!" the old man shouted as he moved his steel spatula on the wok of fried noodles. Flames shot up from the stove as he moved the wok around it. 'Business as usual...' he thought, sweat-faced.

Suki got up from her tea and started to mingle with the other people when she saw the fried noodles in the back kitchen and was still really hungry even though she had eaten before she came here. She sat back down next to everyone and asked for some ried noodles. Once, she got the fried noodles, she yelled,"Wow, these are amazing! I can't believe that these are so good!" Suki then scarfs down the noodles and asks for some more.
