I'll post at least a mission every month

April 2006 Mission #1

If you are up for a challenge, in this guild it's gonna be tough. Not really but you will like it.

Aim: To spread a verse from the Bible to someone from a secular guild. (You don't have to do this but this is Evangelizing) eek

Method:To go to a random guild you know it is friendly, post one lovely verse from the Bible and complement them for being such a friend. These threads will be based on the theme 'friendship'. Eg The Companionship of Anime(Something like that) or Deep meaning of friendship in Narnia.
Say which guild you posted in. Don't worry I won't check them.

Result: What was their response?

You don't have to do it though if you are not confident. The method and results must be at least reported here.

May 2006 Mission #2

Method razz M a friend in your list who is not Christian and tell them they can be saved by Jesus. Tell them about Christianity.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
June & July 2006 Mission #3 & #4
#3: Comment on profiles, put a verse in a random or friend's profile.
#4: Go to a guild forum in support of other world religion and tell them about Jesus.
Don't worry, Jesus will help them. Keep evangelising and trust in the Lord. Yup I'll pray. Glad you had the courage to do it.
Chatterbox is the wasteland of all that is Gaia. If the was Gaian Hell, it would be Chatterbox... or ED, I'm not sure anymore.
I'm off to complete the mission now. Oh, and by the way, I'm new and this is my first post. You guys are awesome!
My faith is I know Jesus is someone I want to be with. To me Christianity is more than a religion. Being able to be saved from sin is the the ultimate sacrifice God has made for us through His Son Jesus Christ. It's having a real intimate relationship with God alone, that is what christianity is about. Loving those who are sinners, those who are pagans. He alone is the truth, the way and the life. The thing is Jesus died for us because He is gracious to us. We don't have to practice manifestations of anything that is supernatural powers of our own because we can't do it, it will result in pain even if it helps. We don't have to have rituals to prove that we are worthy because Jesus has already done it for us. Jesus is part of me now since I belive in Him because He gave me His Spirit to guide me in everyway. We are reborn and resurrected in the Spirit of God through Jesus. In the book of John in the Bible it says:
"For God so love the world, He gave His only begotten Son for whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For He did not send His Son to condemn..."
Please read beyond this quote in the Bible before argueing or decide to judge this faith of mine. Remember Jesus loves you all!
i do not practice rituals to prove i am worthy. i do them to honor my goddess. also, i have often heard the quote " ye shall not suffer a witch to live" shouted at me because people did not understand my beliefs.i do not judge your faith m'am, i judge the use of it on other religions. as a personal moral of mine says " everyone is entitled to their own religion, opinion, and life."
I'm only saying what my belief is, not arguing that you should belive in it. That's is you choice for your own belief, it's not up to me to say which is better for you. I respect your religion and there is no point in arguing which is better. People shouldn't shout at you for what you believe and I understand how you feel because people have said things about my belief that is not true. They shouldn't be judging you I guess but a lot of Christians in my experience tend to get do that to me. The thing is you can disagree with me and I can disagree with the faith we have but I don't want to settle a disputes against you for your faith. The thing is no one should force you in believing in things.
Please don't take this the wrong way, but...
You can't just shove God down people's throat. Randomly going to places and typing a message from the Bible or saying that "God loves you" isn't going to help anyone. You're actually hurting them!
Those who truly know Jesus know that He never suddenly went up to people and said: "Hey, I'm God's son. I love you." NO! He would go somewhere like in the middle of the street where people just pass by and start talking to no one at all. He'd begin speaking like He had a huge audience when really He was talking to wind and the backs of people nearby.
What you have to do is start your own thread and start speaking to yourself like you had a huge number of people. Don't ask anyone to come or ask Christian people to respond. Title it like a sermon and begin saying whatever to a make-believe congregation.
"Whomesoever will come, let him come." If they are intrested in what you're talking on then they'll come of their own free will, and that's they only way to get someone to listen to you.
Otherwise you just annoy people and make them think that all Christians jump out of no where to start screaming out Bible verses and God loves them.
If someone doesn't ask for advice, don't give it! You just make them want to never listen to another person's advice again!
I agree with not shoving down people's throats, that's how I became an athiest so many years ago after my mom started forcing books on my and not letting me research for my own values. I prefer to just make a thread, post a verse or song, and watch it for a while... that way no one's forced to read it, but if they do, maybe it will help.
Sure, I don't expect them to read it, drop their jaw, and fall to their knees in prayer... but maybe it'll chip something at the edges of their mind and soften the way for a bigger experience.
I agrea to some extent. true you can't just walk into a thread and say "IF YOU DON'T REPENT NOW YOU WILL BURN IN HELL FOR ETERNITY!!!!!!!!" THEY WILL PUSH YOU AWAY AND BLOCK YOU OUT. you should just talk to them. when you think you should, or God is telling you to, go ahead and say something. and it doesn't even have to be something big. like a verse that would help them with a situation that they said that they are going through(this means that you have to study and read your Bible.) . Statistics say that an average person that never heard of the Bible or God takes 7.6 times of hearing the word to actualy take it into consideration. So you may not get them to comit their lives to Christ right there, but you would be sowing the seed or watering it.
