This is where negotiations will be impartially held, I feel that it is best to keep these negotiations out of either faction's threads, and therefore will allow this room to be used.
No weapons or fighting will be allowed in this room, and advanced security systems remove all chances of winning a fight in this room.
Any questions, comments, or concerns that you feel could be useful will be greatly welcomed, please post them here.
Note: The GA and VHEG negotiations escallated to the point where it was neccisary to create a subforum for the issue.

I guess I'll start things off here, and hopefully on a lighter note than past negotiations have occured. Please note, that I am not the official ambassador for the Gaian Army, however, I believe I have the right to present a document that I wrote myself. ------------------ In previous negotiations with General Tenken of the Gambino Military, we agreed to, at a later time, create an official Peace Treaty (not an alliance) between our two organizations, the Gaian Army, and the Gambino Military. It is requested that the Gambino Military please note any revisions they would like for me to add on. ------------------ Quote: The Gambino-Gaian Peace AgreementDrafted by Admiral Nomader of the Gaian Navy, a branch of the Gaian Army Peace is something we all long for in our lives: today, we hope to achieve that goal between two armies: The Gaian Army and the Gambino Military.
Both organizations have a long-standing non-written agreement of Peace - neither have ever waged war on each other, and both militaries wish to retain the current earnest friendship that sits well between the two nations.
This document hopes to work out any differences, any long-standing problems between the two organizations.
Article 1 War
By the signing of this document, both militaries agree to a policy of non-agression against the other army, unless one army allies itself with the other's enemy. If this occurs, this article of the treaty is hereby broken.
Article 2 Ambassadors and Representatives
Both organizations agree to limit the number of ambassadors at the maximum to two: one ambassador general, and one assitant. No more than two representatives are neccessary to successfully represent another organization.
Ambassadors and their staff are allowed to post within the Guild, however, they are not to be alloted any rank, and they are not permitted to take part in Guild events, such as a lottery, or a tournament. Exceptions are permitted if deemed so by the Commander, or Commanding Officers of a Guild.
Article 3 Military Support
Because this document is not an alliance, neither organization is bound to help the other with military support during a time of war.
However, it is off limits for either military to use its military support against the other organization. If this occurs, the treaty is thereby broken.
Article 4 Ratification of the Treaty
Approval of the said treaty is to be ratified by the signature of at least two of the high command in each of the Guilds.
Article 5 Amendments
Either organization is allowed to, with the permission of the other Military, amend this treaty. Amendments will be labled as amendments instead of articles, to show that they were made at a later date.
Signed:

Well I can confidently say that the successful confirmation of this Treaty will not last nearly as long as the on-going negotiations continuing between the VHEG and the Gambino Military.
I thank Admiral Nomader of the Gaian Army for composing this Treaty, and I shall report back to the OGC immediately once I have confirmation from the Gambino Military High Command.

I apologize if I have misunderstood this part of the treaty, but if you are referencing the OGC about the ambassador system, it is currently limited to only one ambassador per army. This can change easily if guild leaders propose a change in this policy... once again, if I have misunderstood this part of the document, please simply inform me, and I will not bring that up again. sweatdrop

It's a misunderstanding. Currently, both Guilds have ambassadors in the other's Guild. Pretty much, I'm capping the number that can fill that role - that has nothing to do with the OGC ambassador system. Sorry about the misunderstanding! sweatdrop

I, Colonel Paradoxe Persistant, second this agreement on behalf of the Gambino Military. Although I am not familiar with many of the Gaian Army soldiers, I hope that this doctrine opens new doors between us. This should show that peace between titans paves the way to prosperity.

I, General Tenken, do sign this Peace Treaty in acknowledgement that peace be maintained between both the Gaian Army and the Gambino Military. I hope that by signing this document we can all look forward to a more prosperous and secure future, without the fear of ever enduring aggression.
