Wouldn't it be depressing if you watched your funeral and the people that came would mostly talk about how "quite" you were when they made a speech, no matter how sucssesful, great, talented, etc. you were? Do you think this would be a posibility if it were to happen?

Okay. So people think you're quiet--will you STOP BITCHING ABOUT IT? This is the third thread you've made about it! Grow up and either deal with the fact that people you know think you're quiet or start making some noise.
And it is spelled 'Q-U-I-E-T.' Stop misspelling it. It is not difficult to spell 'quiet;' quit writing 'quite' instead.

Heh, I'm sorry, I agree with Sola Catella. I can sympathize with you and all, but you are really getting too upset about this. Complaining sometimes is ok to work off your feelings, but you are starting to take this too far with your "funeral" scenario. What I think you need: 1. An attitude adjustment. 2. A better way of expressing your frustrations. Obviously you have something to say, so why not say to all those people who think you're quiet? Just try to do it without cursing in their faces and treating them like idiots. Sure, some people are mean intentionally, but if you stop assuming everyone is trying to belittle you you might actually be able to make some friends.

Ya, third topic in a row about how somebody said you were quiet. You really need to take a warm shower, eat a cookie, and listen to some Jrock, I don't mean to be mean, but enough is enough!

I don't mind being called quiet. After all, it is the truth. ^^ I like being quiet. Loud, obnoxious people who have piggyback rides with their friends scare the ******** out of me. I always make sure I keep my distance before I get bumped into.
But I would feel slightly annoyed if all they EVER talked about during the funeral was how "quiet" I was, rather than I was an artist, or I loved reading long, boring books, or some other quality. It's like, "Okay. I was quiet. Everyone knows already. Ready to talk about some other personality trait of mine?"
Sometimes, if you were told you were quiet, it might actually be a compliment. That said person may not like noisy people, and may like you BECAUSE you're quiet. Try to see both sides of the coin when other people talk about you.

I could only imagine my own funeral...
blaugh PARTY!!! rofl
They would probably give speeches on how crazzy and happy I was.
Then I would come back to life and be all zombie-like, coz you can NEVER kill Dudegirl! She just keeps coming back!
Lol.
That will be all Horror movie like.

My funeral... they would probably tak about how friendly and outgoing I was... I don't know about the zombie stuff, but I'm not the type who would have their brain frozen so they could "revive" me later... who wants to live forever, anyway?

Ten Words My funeral... they would probably tak about how friendly and outgoing I was... I don't know about the zombie stuff, but I'm not the type who would have their brain frozen so they could "revive" me later... who wants to live forever, anyway? I certainly wouldn't. I don't even like the idea of a coffin because it seems to prevent what is only natural, which is decay and to become part of the earth. Because of this I think I may prefer cremation, though I'm not totally decided on the fact. People at my funeral would probably talk about how I was quiet, but also how I was artistic and intelligent, too. (By the way, it is really weird and a bit disturbing to talk about myself in the past tense!)

*Sigh* I've read this in one of my Mother's books (that I "borrowed from her, just like the Sociopath one, why does she have them? They're my interests!) That people with AS have either too quiet or too loud of voices, it's not unnatural for you to be quiet.
I, sadly, am loud... I don't like it, but I'm much better than when I was younger, I have learned that going through long periods of not talking at all (like being on Gaia for 3-5 hours at a time) make my voice quieter, don't know if it'll work for others, though...
As for my own funeral, "quiet" would be the farthest thing from their minds...

It pisses me off when people tell me to speak up, when I'm talking as loud as I can >.> -.- So, be glad your louder than the average person. Believe me, quietness isn't all that great.

Indeed, although, now, people have to ask me to speak up, at least today and yesterday they did a heck of a lotta it, it's because my voice pretty much shut off due to Strep Throat... Oh well... I need to stop complaining about my Strep, but people ask me to speak up at the worst times, like when I'm very depressed, or angry... because my low voice is very quiet, almost unable to be heard by anyone other than me (one reason I avoid singing baritone around others, but it's fun by myself...) But really... I hate trying to have a private conversation with someone in a public place, and when I'm at my lowest, everyone can hear every word I'm saying... not pleasant...
