Honestly? No.
Unless you can some way make it a gaia item and not a Fruits Basket item then no.
Let's be honest, have you ever seen any of the anime items in the petition forum made into actual gaia items? No?
That's because it breaks copyright.
Items like this will never be touched by the admins.

Let's go down to this in specifics using the Ninja Headband on Gaia.
The only reason Gaia has the ninja head back is because it is a Gaia item. Look at the symbol, it's a gaia symbol. It is not a Naruto headband. Naruto do not hold the copyright for all ninja headbands. They do however hold the copyright for the symbol on it so Gaia has that item because they have their own symbol on it.
Same with the Coco. Yes we can say it's like the cat from Azumanga Daioh that likes to bite Sakaki but that cat was black, this is white. So it's just a Coco Kitty that Gaia has created.
So lets relate this back to the hat.
This hat has already been made in real life as Fruits Basket merchandise, to copy it would be to break copyright. This image of Kyo is part of a copyrighted character of Natsuki Takaya.
And so Gaia admins will never even touch something like this, it is a pixelated representation of Fruits Basket merchandise.
To apply it in general, it is why the anime, manga, game etc items suggested in the petition forum will likely never be accepted.
A petition will do nothing, it is a suggestion, just because x number of people sign something will not make it happen on here. If someone is banned and a petition is started it will not do anything. Just like if a petition is started to make little handheld manga for the avatars here it will not do anything. Gaia will only accept something like this if it can be made into a Gaia item.
You can't say I want this item from anime x because it wouldn't be legal.
So lets think of something other than the Ninja headband that we can use as an example of how to get round copyright.
Kyoko's red butterfly jacket.
Now clearly the jacket itself is nothing more than an item of clothing. However, the writing on it and the butterfly on the back makes it property of Fruits Basket.
So lets say Gaia chose this as an item they wanted to include on here. What would they have to do?
Now as explained before the jacket is no problem. So we've got ourselves a red long coat now for our avis. But that's not enough for us right? We want something better so we can make our little avi copies of Kyoko.
So we want a symbol on the back and sleves of it.
But what's this!? Copyright is stopping Gaia from taking the logos on the coat that makes it the red butterfly's coat.
So we'll make it an official Gaia item. But how?
We lets get rid of the logos owned by Fruits Basket, so we're left with the red jacket again but now let's add a Gaia symbol on the back and maybe a little Gaia logo on each sleve.
So now what've we go?
We'll we've got something that's similar to Kyoko's old gang coat but it's not using any of the logos. So we've got a "Red Gaia Coat" that can be used by users for their little avi cosplaying needs.

Where the heck did you hear that from? The closest thing to what you could possibly mean would be kyokon which is Japanese for a giant p***s. There are three words that can be used for pervert in Japanese, hentai, chikan and tousakusha. To get a double barrel would in Japan is pretty rare also considering Kyo is a common name and -kun is just an honorific added to any young boy's name. Considering they live in Japan don't you think Tohru would know that she was calling Kyo a pervert.
