I read Psalms recently, and I have Psalms 23 well by memorising it. The poster is on my bedroom.
"The Lord is my Shepard; I shall not want
He makes me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside quiet waters; He restores
my soul. He guides me in the path of righteousness
in His name sake. Eventhough I walk through the
valley of shadow of death, I fear no evil. His rod

Xiterrose There's a Megadeth song where they read that Psalm. There's also a System of a Down song where they read Jesus' last words before his crucifixion, what'syerpoint? I have to say my favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11, given here in my traditional three translations I read from. Jeremiah 29:11 New International Version (NIV) 11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. King James Version (KJV) 11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. New Living Translation (NLT) 11For I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Alice has been a Christian for a long time. He's Mustaine's godfather, actually, and I'm sure was a big part of his conversion.
