I know it's odd, and that's not really what this guild is for, but I need one. No, I'm not perfect with grammar and spelling, but English is my first langauge and I have a good enough eye and intuition to not have any really silly mistakes.
Mostly what I write is comedy, though, and the hard part about it is that it's hard to tell if it's actually funny. Many say that I have an odd sense of humor, and I can't tell if I'm funny or not. Sure, something may sound hilarious in my head, but it may not work out on paper.
So does anyone here speak the language of laughter, and has a good eye for timing? It's kind of dry, but I know that a lot of writers are into that, so I'm sure I'll find someone... eventually.

could i give it a shot? i'm bored and this guild isn't going anywhere these days. and if i didn't really help, you could always have more than one beta, xD, i'll pm you later if you don't get back.
