there's no more info than that for now except the fact that he's stated he wanted to revisit the world Black Cat takes place in and would like the cast of Black Cat to make guest appearances in his new series which was said around the time the first ep of the anime came out.

unfortunately, Yabuki Kentaro is only doing the artwork, the story is done by Hasemi Saki.
plotwise it's a romantic comedy involving a busty female alien with pink hair and a devil tail and a kind of average guy with a crush on a classmate. in other words, it has a lot of the typical shonen romance/comedy components... including fanservice for the target male audience.
if you know where to look on LiveJournal you'll be able to find raws of the first chapter and a summary. there's no scanlations of it yet, altho there's one, maybe two, groups that may be working on it.
