Scanlations are illegal, and what you probably saw in the yaoi guild were scans of a manga that has not been liscenced. Most people draw a fine line saying if it's liscenced you can not post scans of the whole manga, but if it's not liscenced you can. In all actuallity both are illegal practices and you should only read translations and go buy the manga. With that in mind, I'd rather only pictures be posted here, not the entire manga. If you can purchase stuff online I'd recomned going to ebay, amazon, or tokyopop.com and order the manga from there. You can also go to Borders or Walden books and get them to special order the manga for you. They are usuallly pretty nice about that. If all else fails, find a local comic store and ask them to special order it.
