Aside from BnL, what other bands do you listen to?
I also listen to Gordon Lightfoot, R.E.M., The Wallflowers, Counting Crows, Wailing Souls, Bob Marley, Gorillaz, Kevin Hearn and Thin Buckle, The Brothers Creegan, The Vanity Project, John Denver, The Irish Rovers, The Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, Sting, U2, Bruce Cockburn, Burning Spear, Guster, Nickelback, Bob Dylan, Death Cab For Cutie, Smashing Pumpkins, Warren Zevon, Third Eye Blind, music from The Phantom Of The Opera, and Wierd Al Yankovic.

I listen to Guster, R.E.M., The Beatles, Kevin Hearn & THinbuckle, Brothers Creeggan (we have so much in common! mrgreen ), Alanis Morissette, Fleetwood Mac, Eric Clapton, The Doors, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Primus, Ozzy Osbourne, Incubus, The Offspring, Blink 182, Green Day, Weird Al Yankovic, the pillows, Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, and various video game music. Hey, Super Mario 64 had some pretty rockin' music! mrgreen

It might be shorter to list to what I don't listen to, which I can do by genre. I don't listen to most rap, most country, gospel/christian (insert sub-genre here), dance techno, heavy metal, most pop (post 1998-ish), and I try to avoid most emo alternative but a few still get into my playlists. Overall I tend to listen to a lot of light rock, folk and alternative stuff. You could probably just fire off a few random bands and chances are I listen to something of theirs regularly. ..and yes, I do listen to the occasional opera incase you were thinking it.

Other bands? There are bands other then Barenaked Ladies!!!!! What???? lol, I'm just kidding. I listen to Jackson Browne, Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Killers, Bright Eyes, Green Day, Bowling or Soup, Lost and Found, Flogging Molly, Imogen Heap, the Frey, Panic! At the Disco, Gogol Bordello, the Sounds and..... other bands I can't think of at the moment. Also, I love musicals like Les Miserables, Rent, Jesus Christ Superstar, ect.
