The Deal
A few of the former crew members have had their status removed because I didn't receive any feedback from them. If anybody is interested and is serious about becoming a crew member, please post here. I would you like you to explain what you have to offer to our guild. You don't have to be a fancy writer but I would like it to be concise. There are 4 spots open and I will check your activity as well to see if you have actually done something of recent.
If you are new to 'The World of Karlendor', I would like you to relax and simply enjoy our hangout and see if you like it here first. Some folks can be over-zealous when they first become part of something new so I am putting in a probationary period for the newbies as a way of preventing some potential problems. This might sound pretentious or presumptuous, but I have to be sure that our guild will have the right amount of time put into it.

Other Positions Vacant
We have a few jobs on offer here that need filling. If you meet any of the criteria listed in the following descriptions and you have some spare time on your hands, then expressions of interest can be posted on this thread.
*Recruiters: We are looking for four people to start help in the recruitment process to take some of the burden from the crew and captain. If you have the gift of the gab and a nack for inspiring people, then this is the job for you.
*Activity Sponsors and Creators: One of the main problems that I have been having is the lack of things for people to do here. We are looking for as many people as we can for this task not just four. If you are creative and have lots of ideas for sponsoring the activity of people in our guild, this is the job for you.
*Activity Evaluaters: We need some people to help with determining whether or not people are wanting to be a part of our guild anymore. This would be achieved by private messaging and by threads just for the task. If you have the gift of being a good reconciler and discernment, then I this is probably the job for you.

It is time for people to tell us if they still want to be a part of the crew. This will enable our new captain to work on guild improvements such as the home page and other related areas pertaining to how we sponsor activity here. I would like all moderators to post here in the next month as well as anybody that wishes to be a part of the crew. If you want to become a part of our staff then feel free to express your interest then post the details of what you have done to fulfill your duties. We won't be hard on you if you are busy but we'd at least like you to tell us that you are still interested in being a part of this guild. 3nodding
