xxxArthur is the third and final child of Geraint and Elowen Penrose, born at home in Lamorna, Cornwall. He has two older sisters, Morwenna and Tegen. The youngest of the three, Arthur idolized his older sisters and did whatever he could to play with them whenever he could. He also loved to play with the animals on their family farm. Arthur was sad when Morwenna left to go to Hogwarts, and even sadder when Tegen also left him. He was overjoyed when his Hogwarts letter arrived on his eleventh birthday since it meant he could join his sisters at school. However, he was terribly upset to learn that Morwenna was graduating and wouldn't be at school with him.
