Or it was until he had gotten hurt on a job and stumbled into the Phantasia, and Rain's mess.
Since that moment, his life was turned upside down. He fell in love. He became an older brother type figure. And he even got in too deep with a Lich.
But at the end of the day, it all sort of paled to the fact that he followed a clueless girl into a city to remind her that the world wasn't all sunshine and roses.
And when she was kidnapped, he followed her, and ended up getting way over his head.
He's been missing for 9 years.
Guess now he'll see what the world has been up to since he's been imprisoned in the Keep.
