"I don't get why we're coming to this place to buy flowers." Rashn huffed as he walked beside his 'sister', "I know you want to get a nice gift for her since she helped us find our dads but what use is flowers to her? She can't even see them!" He looked up at his Soquili sibling who looked so much like him and wondered at the difference of intellect between them, or maybe practicality was the better term in this case. Surely she could see how pointless it was to give pretty flowers to a blind Soquili.... right?!

"Just because she can't see doesn't mean that she can't smell them or even eat them if she wants. Plus I'm sure the Plagues would love some fresh flowers to rest on or munch on too." Angerona replied looking down at her too sensible sibling, "Plus it's about the thoughts and feelings we're putting into making this small bouquet of flowers. Not every gift has to be for a practical reason or to be something useful or used. Sometimes all one really wants is a thoughtful gift that they can enjoy however they want. Now shush with your complaining. We're almost to this Flower Oracle!"

The two had been walking through a grass field that was dotted with various wild flowers and finally were reaching their destination, which was a small grove of trees surrounded with flowers. Walking up to the trees Angerona didn't spot anyone at first as she looked around. "Hello? I was hoping to get a bouquet of flowers with a fortune as a gift?" She called out. Rashn began to move from her side to look at the flowers but flinched back when a mare stepped out of the shadows of the trees. He hadn't seen her at all and got spooked from her sudden appearance.

"Ah yes.... a flower fortune. Most create a bouquet with a specific message in mind when gifting it away but some are a little more adventurous and leave it up to fate. Do you have a message in mind you'd like to pass along with this bouquet or do you wish to see what the flowers have to say?" The mare said after stepping into the light, "I can easily show you the flowers you need for either option and tell you what fate has in store."

Angerona didn't flinch like Rashn but the mare seemed to have pop out of nowhere which was a little unsettling. "Uh... I didn't really have a message in mind so I guess I'll leave it to you to pick out the flowers needed to tell the fortune. I was thinking around 5-8 flowers for the bouquet." She replied watching as the mare moved around the area only stopping now and then to look at health of some of the flowers.

The mare gave a nod and began to select a few flowers. "For this bouquet I would say that 5 is the perfect number." She said pausing to look up from a flower at Angerona and Rashn, "Hm... yes... a gift for a family member... that is what the flowers are whispering to me.... let's see what fortune they tell for this loved one of yours." She moved over towards some of the flowers growing closer to the field of flowers and selected a deep red orchid. "The red orchid represents strength and deep love. This Soquili you are gifting this bouquet has a strong bond with you both and loves you deeply." She explained as she walked over towards the tree line where there was a flowering bush. She carefully removed one of the yellow flowers and added to the orchid.

"The yellow camellia represents friendship and admiration. The flowers can tell that you really admire the Soquili you will be gifting this to." The mare continued on before stopping before some flowers that were growing near the orchids, "Ah... The iris.... A white iris represents sincerity, new beginnings, and hope. It appears that your giftee is quite hopeful of having a good relationship with you both. The flowers show that while your relationship is still new if you approach each other with sincerity that your relationship with blossom into a beautiful friendship. This is emphasized by your next flower the rare pink lavender. Good fortune and peace will enter your relationship as you grow closer to each other. Finally we finish off your bouquet with the yellow marigold. This new found friendship is a cause for celebration between you and your giftee bringing lots of warmth and happiness to you all." The mare quickly moved back towards Angerona and Rashn, bundling the small bouquet with a ribbon. She handed the bouquet over, wished them happiness, and moved back into the grove's shadow.

Angerona and Rashn had watched as the mare moved around making the bouquet and explaining what each flower meant and the fortune provided. Apparently this gift would promote friendship, love, and happiness with Morana. Which is what Angerona wanted so she was quite happy with the end result. "Thank you very much!" She called out as the flower mare left, "Okay Rashn.... let's get this over to Morana and give her her gift and fortune!" She quickly began to leave heading back the way they had come. It wasn't a long journey to get back home but the big mystery every time they left home was if Morana would still be there. The blind mare was constantly moving about, going back and forth from their home with their fathers to her childhood home where her parents lived.

Reaching home finally Rashn quickly noted that their fathers, Angra Mainyu and Bastion, were not there but a raven was hanging out in the trees above them. Summanus was here which meant that Morana must be nearby. After all the raven was the 'Harbinger of Plagues' with the plagues being the mice that hung out with Morana and gave her directions. Plus there was some noise coming from nearby that kinda sounded like a blind horse walking through the woods.

"Morana! Are you here? I have something for you." Angerona called out looking around. She had also spotted Summanus and figured that the noise coming from beyond the bushes must be Morana. The raven gave a quick squawk before taking flight heading beyond the bushes where the noise was coming from. Angerona followed after and soon spotted the blind Soquili walking through some berry bushes. "Ah there you! I got you a flower fortune bouquet Morana! As thanks for helping us find our fathers." She said presenting the bouquet to the blind mare.

Morana had gone to the nearby watering hole to get a drink and was on her way back towards home when the plague mice steered her in the direction of some berry bushes. Apparently they had all wanted a snack and now left her to crash her way through the bushes. Fortunately Summanus had come back to what she assumed was to help lead her back home as she heard him squawk earlier and heard his wings beating as he flew towards her. However she soon heard the voices of her step children? adopted children? (she still wasn't sure which way to address their relationship) as they came over. "Hello Angerona and Rashn. I had wondered where you two went off to earlier today. Bastion was asking about you both before he and Angra Mainyu left to go hunt." She replied with a smile that was directed sort of in their direction, "A gift for me! You really shouldn't have. But a flower fortune bouquet sounds lovely! Where does the fortune part come into play?"

Angerona helped direct Morana out of the bushes, catching sight of the different mice on the mare's back eating berries. Ah apparently snack time was more important than guiding Morana out of the bushes. "Well this bouquet has red orchids, yellow camellia, white iris, pink lavender, and yellow marigold. It's supposed to show the love and friendship we'll have as we get closer which is a cause for celebration!" She replied summarizing the provided fortune as best as she could remember it.

Morana gently took the offered bouquet with some direction from Summanus on where to locate it and help from Angerona as well. She smelled the flowers and gave a nod. "While I can't see what they look like.... I can say that they smell lovely. I'm sure they'll be beautiful to decorate my mane with so the Plagues can enjoy them too. Thank you so much Angerona and Rashn." With the bouquet secured she continued to head back towards their home this time relying on Angerona and Rashn to direct her versus her mice.
