EARLY CHILDHOOD Margo is the last of five, although she would say six! Her father Elias Callahan married his Hogwarts sweetheart, Remedy York, when they were still young and in love. They have five kids to show for it. Margo would call her parents strict because they already know their way around disciplining by the time she came around. She can tell you about her three brothers and one sister. In birth order: Liam ( 29 ), Elias Jr ( 28 ), Peter ( 22 ), and Regina( 19 ). That's a eight year age gap! Growing up, Margo felt like she wasn't taken very seriously by her siblings, but she learned if she was silly enough to make them laugh, they'd let her stay.
Margo remembers the week Atticus moved in. What happened to his parents was the first time she's ever seen her parents fight. Elias felt he should take the boy in to make sure the family stayed together, a show of love for his younger brother now locked up for life. Remedy believed the house was too full already and didn't want to raise another child. (ooc: She thought the bad luck would follow them!) Listening to the secret argument revealed how Margo was an unplanned child, although all evidence made that obvious to anyone who wasn't a naïve kid. Margaret decided that from then on out, she was going to be the BEST PERSON EVER so her parents would never regret having her!
She was always super helpful to her mom, but with a new sibling, Margo would dial it up to 100%. Rays of sunshine, sweetie pie. Her parents were concerned by her attitude with the family woes at the time, but eventually, things settled into a new normal routine with Atticus added in. The house was already half way empty anyways. Things were good in Margo's eyes.
