I've been using this place to build my characters and keep track of their information!

Character Hub

It's also got an app for your phone, and you can sync with other players etc.
It's really cool, I think.
It is rather aggressive on it's paid services at times, but all can be skipped to keep the free version.

Notion

This is also good for taking notes and such!
I use it because it's cross capable, again, with my phone and computer.
So I can add documents and such to it and use it wherever I am.

Though, warning.
It does have AI features.
I haven't used any of them, because ehhhhh
But they are present.
