‧₊˚❀‧₊˚𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫‧₊˚❀‧₊˚ On one side of the Great Hall there is a long table filled with pancakes and every possible topping you could think of. There are also eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and beans. There are also a variety of snacks to pick up quickly. There is another station, generously offered and suggested by the kitchen house elves, that those with dietary restrictions may request other food for the evening.

Sakura had made it through another year. It was rather uneventful for a standard school year. There were some struggles, but she pushed through them in the end. Her brother and cousin seemed to enjoy Quidditch, not that Slytherin did particularly well. She knew it meant something to them, even if she wasn’t a fan of the sport. Luckily, she was left alone with them focusing on that. With everything done and home being just around the corner, Sakura imagined it was time to enjoy the remainder of her time at Hogwarts. And what better way to do that then to go to a pajama party?
The twelve year old girl had no idea what she was getting into. All she heard was there was pajamas were a requirement and something about pancakes? Yeah, it made no sense. Wandering upstairs from the Slytherin common room, Sakura made her way to the great hall. ‘Who didn’t like pancakes?’ She thought as she made her way over to the table set up. They definitely went all out for this, didn’t they. Before she knew it, she was loading her plate with pancakes and fruit. Nothing wrong with this treat. Well aside from maybe the amount of powdered sugar her Gryffindor classmate was loading his plate with.

Auron was looking forward to the summer. With the school year done, he could chill out. Meaning he didn’t have a care in the world. Classes were done and he seemed to do alright in that respect. He was a Lovette after all. Now, Auron could spend some time reading, among other things. There was talk of an event going on at the school to mark the end of the year. The second year Gryffindor found it to be interesting, even if he wasn’t a hundred percent sure he’d be going. As the time drew closer, he figured it wouldn’t hurt to maybe check it out.
The event was a pajama party. Sounded simple, so throwing on a simple pair of pajamas Auron headed down to the main floor of the castle. It was quite the trek for a maybe, but you only lived once. Walking into the great hall, he looked around and spotted the pancakes. He could maybe be interested in that. Wandering over he immediately grabbed some pancakes and went wild with the powdered sugar. If donuts tasted delicious with powdered sugar then so would a pancake (even if a little over kill). He noted that his excitement might have caught the attention of his classmate Sakura. Giving a nervous smile he went back to his own devices, no matter how crazy they may seem to even her.

Bren loved pancakes. Some students seemed to think this was a weird idea for an event, but Bren thought it was brilliant. What could be better than sitting around in your pajamas, eating food after a long week of tests? Bren knew that in years past, they'd had balls and other fancy events. While she did hope to have something like that while she attended Hogwarts, she was glad that this year, at least, it was something chill. No fancy dress to plan and certainly no date to worry about. She was going to be comty and eat pancakes.
She had come down to the Great Hall with Lylah, which was probably a good thing. She felt like she'd barely seen her big sister this year. Lylah didn't even have the excuse of having an SO like Luke did. He and Amelia were finally official. Bren may have only been twelve years old, but she couldn't imagine waiting that long when they were so clearly gaga about each other. No doubt they were around her somewhere, holding hands.
The moment they walked into the Great Hall, Bren pointed toward the table on one end. "Lylah! Pancakes!" Bren said, as though Lylah wasn't clearly aware there would be pancakes at this event. Bren moved to the table and loaded up a few pancakes, piling raspberries and strawberries, before heading over and grabbing hashbrowns and eggs. She looked strangely at the beans. The British were so weird.

.png) Lylah was very happy. She felt super duper cute in her pajamas, and there was yummy food. Also, exams were finished, and the school year was pretty close as well. She was ready for a break, and this felt like the perfect segue into the summer. She intended to load herself up on pancakes and maybe pass out on some of these pillows. Bren seemed equally excited. Hopefully, the rest of the triplets would show their faces at some point. Luke would no doubt be here, but who knew where he was. Bren pointed toward the table of pancakes with wide eyes. Lylah couldn't help but laugh. "Yes, I see the pancakes."
She followed her sister over, grabbing three pancakes, covering them with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and syrup. This may very well put her into a sugar coma, but she could cross that bridge when she came to. As of right now, she'd happily load herself up, enjoy the sweets, and deal with the consequences when they came. She glanced around and noticed two fellow second-year students who she smiled at. She didn't know them all that well, but Luke kept saying she needed to make friends, so the least she could do was acknowledge them when she was around people her age.
