Quick Breakfast Scramble
A bit healthier than plain scrambled eggs maybe.
You need:
1-2 Tbsp butter or lard
3 eggs
1 Tbsp milk
a small onion, cut into half moons
some veggies, diced (the most important part)
Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, sake an pepper
Heat the butter or lard in a frying pan. Add the veggies and onion and stir-fry until it gets soft. Whisk the egg with the remaining ingredients and turn down the heat before pouring it over the veggies. Stir until the egg is as firm as you like.
