Anyone have any tips or directions to resources to help with your voice or throat?

Before vtubing, i rarely spent long stretches of time talking, i'm pretty quiet.
Sometimes after a stream or two, especially if the game was exciting, I'd end up kinda coarse and sore.
Perhaps I should be exercising the voice more, and i DO get sick kinda easy...
I try to drink lots of water (could still improve but i'm working on it) and I do try honey ginger teas (they realy are tasty anyway).
I just need to practice more rofl

But yeah, if you have anything pls feel free to share!

Vocal warmups for long streaming/recording sessions are a must. Additionally maybe think about working up to longer sessions if you aren't used to Public/Performance Speaking for the lengths of time, like how you work up from 10lbs to 50lbs when weightlifting

You're going to want a warm drink such as tea on hand to help your throat before and after and I second the vocal warm-ups. Take rests when you need them and it's easier with narration-heavy games.
