She was born to Sorcha Robinson, a scientist They moved to the city of Te'ahn Ceirus soon after she was born, and she was raised there with her half sister, Cereza. Sorcha did experiments on Alice and her sister since she was 5, trying to manifest the same magic powers that Silas had, but failed. Alice didn't become a chaos demon, she became something else halfway between: a hexengeist. (Conduit and magical construct)

When the city was destroyed because of her new science-given powers at the age of 10, her father came and found them. He took her from Sorcha. They traveled for a bit together while he taught her to control her powers. He brought her to the Phantasia when she turned 11

Since Silas wasn't very reliable, Alice ended up spending most of her time with the old owner, Gareth. When Rain took over, Alice was bitter about it, but continued the education into herbology that Gareth had started. She took on an apprenticeship with Risika, the resident healer at the time.
