Dubhe was out walking through Destiny Ciuty deep in thought. Her homeworld was heavy on her mind of late, planning for plants needing a polan. Methods of adding plants to an alien exosystem was tricky, but she had some coding to write for testing, plants to buy for Andreuiya... Her mind was distracted as she walked, especially sincer she hadn't seen any signs of Chaos in the past months. Maybe a monster. Dubhe hummed, pausing to examine soime flowering weeds when she paused, feeling it.] Another aura, darkj, ominous. Off. Dubhe paused, the Super turning to look about warily, eyes keen. "Hello?" The elegant senshi called. Maybe someone needed healed? She wasn't sure...

Carrollite hummed and was moving curiously as she walked.
She felt an order aura but was hoping that it wouldn't be an issue one tonight. She didn't feel like fighting.
She paused, "Hello," She called back when the senshi called out giving a soft stretch before standing looking rather lackadaisical as she watched the senshi, "Anything interesting on the schedule tonight?" She asked curiously.

Duvhe tensed significantly watching Carrollite approach, her blue eyes tracking the lieutenant with significant cautiuon. Dubhe was far from aggressive. Dubhe felt wary, unsettled, but she wasn't visibly hostile. The senshi was wary, one hand raising unconciously to shield her chest cautiously.
She never quite knew what to make of the Negaverse. She could be friendly... Or attack her. Dubhe wasn't sure where Carrollite stood yet.
Still, the Super Senshi didn't want to take the offense. Carrollite was being polite, so Dubhe exhakled slowly.
"Watching for trouble." Dubhe said honeswtly. She was simply patrolling her route, but she wasn't sure about mentioning she had a route.Instead, Dubhe motioned shyly.
"How... How about you?" She was polite, simply... Wary. Unsure. She didn't want to fight, but she was nervous,.

Carrollite's brow lofted when Dubhe mentioned she was watching for trouble. The negaverse agent rubbed the back of her head, "So have you found any?"
It was a dumb question, she could be considered trouble she was sure. There was a roll of her shoulders, "Myself? I guess you'd say soul searching." She said softly.
She was trying to think, "Anyways what constitutes as trouble for you?" Carrollite was debating on the small talk.

Dibhe paused, and smiled. Not forced, but warm, kind. She relaxed a bit. Carrollite reminded her a bit of Laodica, in a good way. And Sailor Dubhe wasn't going to dwell on what might be, buit on the now. "People iontentionally harming others. Maliciously draining people. Youma in general." Dibhe smiled. But ?Carrollite idn't seem like troublke. She seemed like... She might be a friend? Dubghe hoped. She knew faction didn't define someone, even if faction leaders wanted that. "May I ask what you'fre searching for?"

Carrollite sighed and nodded, "Just know, some of us maybe draining energy because we're forced to follow the status quo."
She didn't really like or enjoy having to steal energy. Her sister on the other hand seemed to thrive off of it. And Carrollite couldn't convince her that it was otherwise bad. But there was a soft sigh and a shrug. "I do agree Youma can be problematic."
Thankfully she hadn't dealt with any yet in a direct manner but she didn't want to either. There was a moment as she considered on how to answer what she was searching for, since she hadn't really admitted it out loud. "I'm searching for my place among the stars, I guess you'd say."
Carrollite hoped it was both vague and general enough to be understood by the right people. Heaven forbid her sister show up and hear those words. "Family's been changing and not feeling familiar anymore and I'm not sure what to do."

Dubhe looked up at the notion of being forced to do... Anything for a status quo. Her brows knit in a surprising reflection, has her relatives seen it... Of her sire. Her father. She regarded Carrollite with an initially unreadable expressiuon, before shifting her weight slowly. Dubhe wasn't aggressive. She hated fighting but long ago realized pacifism wouldn't help in the war, despuite her wishes. But that didn't mean compassion had no place in her mind. She had heard, down a daisy chain of reliable information, it was possible to change sides. And from Susanoo's therapy work, and her fatyher and uncle Vincent's stories from the military long ago, she knew things were messy in war, and sometimes leaders could mistreat their own. And her powers were healing. She couildn't purify someone... But she could... "Do you need help tonight? To stay safe?" Dubhe asked, her voice was soft but not unkind. She offered her hands, palms up, in a show of safety. "I know I can't bring you home but I don't mind keeping you safe. Especially in case someone on my siude gets hostile. Your higher ups sound... Horrid to you." A frown. "People shouldn't be firced iunto something just for statuys quo. And I'm a healer." Dubhe nodded, shyly. "And if need be we can make it look like you lured me into something if someone shows up or something." She motioned, smiling. "I knew someone in the Negaverse years ago I liked very much. I couldn't do anything then. But if I can help you stay safe, even make it so you have one night with a plausible reason not to return with stolen energy..." She wanted to protect this one. Help her stay safe while she found a way to safety.

There was a soft nod and a sigh, "Yeah no one should be forced into things they don't want to do." Though she seemed to think when the other said they were a healer, "Even though you're a healer you do know how to protect yourself right?"
The lieutenant was concerned for the senshi, she seemed nice enough and she'd hate if she couldn't defend herself from attacks.
She seemed curious though, "Really?" Carrollite was curious what happened to the person that Dubhe had known, but she didn't ask much more.
Carrollite seemed to think, "Yeah I appreciate the offer, because I really do get tired of collecting energy even though I just try to skim a little off random people here and there so they just go home a bit more tired.... it's more effort I think than draining one person."

Although when she asked to learn Close Quarters Combat, learning from her Uncle Vincent was awkward since he was taller and stronger. Ah, military training. "We wanbt to make it seem like you ran into an actually threatening wsenshi tonight." Dubhe explained, thinking. "Skimming is... I approve. Although we can probably organize a way to make it seem like people are on to you. Or someone." Dubhe paused, thinking before she sighed a low, deep sigh. "I mnight know a senshi actually aggressive enough to help even if he can't go iun full force. I know another one who can fake a fight if need be using her magic --- apparently her power is beer and somehoiw it's defensive... and I know a senshi whoi'd absoilutely just protect you even from your bosses. We can also see if we can't get you a safe house to hide in whiule we work out a way to find a longer term solutuion..." Dubhbe paused. "Sorry, thinking aloud. But my contacts include someone with too much moiney and nothiung better to do anyhow. What I'm saying is... We have options." Dubhe beamed brightly. Warm. Gently.

Carrollite nodded when Dubhe said she knew how to protect herself and had learned self defense early on. "Good, it's sad it's something that's necessary but I'm glad you know self defense."
The lieutenant tilted her head as she listened, this senshi didn't seem to mind her skimming energy off the top of people. It wasn't glamorous and most hated, but it was nice to know someone understood. She was doing enough to stay under the radar while trying to figure out her next moves.
The fact there was a list of people that she started rattling off on people who could possibly help her, made it that much more interesting. There was a soft smile and a chuckle, "It's fine, I appreciate the thought. It means more than you know."
And it did, she'd have to figure out her life probably and what she was going to do the moment she defected from the negaverse anyways. She was sure things would fall into place but having options were never bad.
"Honestly, as far as threatening goes, could probably just do a little sparring if you wanted and call it good. Enough to get in the way and cause me to --- well lose concentration and not able to keep the energy solidified."
"They don't seem to question if some minor skirmish or fisticuffs happen and causes us to drop the energy we've collected for the night."

"Jusy because one is aniother faction... It doesn't mean tyhey doin't have to go home. People who miss and love them. And if they need a faction for safety it doesn't make tjhem undeserving." Dubhe said quietly. Ity was somber and calm, not unkind. Soft. Warm. Something on her mind a lot when ouy. "And if they need someone... I'd like to help. And others must as well. As for self defense, well, it's war. I hope everyone learns it." Amd tjem Carrollite's idea. Dubhe lit up. "Oh that is briulliant. I'mn not a fan of fighting often but sa spar can pass as a fight yeah. Let's do it. Get you back in safely, and you don't have to feel skeezy tonight." Diubhe nodded, smiling.

Carrollite nodded when Dubhe said that it didn't make someone undeserving of safety. "I appreciate it, when I figure out how to change factions, I'll make sure to let you know."
When the senshi lit up at the idea of a spar, "I love a friendly spar, it's sometimes therapeutic. Better than actually fighting and getting pulverized anyways."
There as a soft chuckle and she pulled out her weapon from her subspace -- "Though, obviously Christmas lights aren't that . . . impressive." She showed it to Dubhe, "Do you want me to stick to hand to hand or do you want to spar with me using the light string?"

"Please doi. Anything to help. I'll see what I can learn, too." Dubhe affirmed, nodding softly. "No, sparring can be healthy if everyone agrees to it." Dubhe added. Spying the Cjristmas Lights, Dubhe whistled, taking a vcombative stance. "No, feel free. The string is a good weapon when you break it down - it can trip someone or other things rope can do." Dubhe soothed kindly. Then she admitted to herself - beionmg aware of weapoinizing items.... She might need to spend some time not thinking about them, because... Well, she was mildly concerned about knowing these things - buit she nodded, smiling. "Do what feels right"

Carrolite nodded, as she held on the lights and watched Dubhe, also taking a combative stance but aiming to strike first, using the string lights as she flung them aiming for Dubhe's leg hoping to fix it so she could pull one of the senshi's legs out from under her.
"True, rope can do a lot." She added as she hummed.

"Mmmhmmm. But lights have wiures. Those can be painful." Diubhe offered. This was a spar, and Duibhe reminded herself she wasn't training. Well, she never trained anyone, but she needed to remember she wasn't training anyone at any point. Instead the senshi moved, leaping back - though the lights lashed against her leg. It was quite unpleasant - the lights lashed painfully agaionst her skin and caused pain, and Dibhe frowned, lunging to attempt an uppercut. She was pulling her punch - she didn't want more than a btruise if she connected - enough to sell a fight - buit she didn't want to do serious harm. ... She likes Carrollite.
