The night was young and Dem was…Bored.
He hasn't ran into anyone that he cared to engage with and it was distressing. Where was everyone? Did they hide or something? Granted for Pezz, Hatter, Taffy, and Polonia he suspected finals were upon them and he didn't want to get started on thinking about Asleigh….She hasn't contacted him in a bit and it saddened him slightly, especially since he thought they were getting along pretty nicely. Either way, he was bored, already finished with his finals so he didn't have anything to do currently other than work to make his quota…Which he would finish soon.
The night was quiet. Boringly so. Villiaumite had met his quota for energy, had even gone a bit above and beyond, and now? Now there was nothing left to do, it seemed. Sakura was busy with work and the Encore, and she had forbidden him from coming for a while. Which was fair, in all honesty. He had just hit on her boss. Shamelessly. In front of her. It was absolutely fair that she forbid him from coming to her work for the foreseeable future. But god, he was so damn bored.
Wandering the streets, the sight of another person finally made him perk up. No matter who it was, regardless of faction, at least it was something to do.
Dem could feel the signature behind him, but he figured it was just a crossing of paths and didn't think any better of it. With something akin to resignation he kept walking, placing his hands behind his head as he went, wondering if he could run into that one woman again…The one the cowboy saved. Sure it was dangerous because that was a full fledged knight, but he found he liked the feeling of danger whenever he was out and about. That didn't make him a masochist did it? Would it even matter? Probably not.
Getting closer, Villiaumite grinned. Same faction. Excellent. Picking up his pace, he fell into step beside the man easily. “Quiet for you too tonight?” Aqua eyes appraised the man beside him, and he found he rather liked what he saw.
“I'm Villiaumite. Mind if I join you?” Multiple piercings glinted under the streetlight as he grinned charmingly. Hopefully he would be in luck.
Dem stiffened at first, but then he relaxed. Oh alright, a comrade that was just as bored as him, he could handle that. Turning to face the newcomer, he put on his best smile, “Yes…Too quiet. It's not fair no one is out here to entertain you no? I wouldn't mind a fight or two.” His head tilted at the appraisal as well as the boldness of it. Interesting…. “Demantiod…Sure, I wouldn't mind if you joined. Maybe we might get lucky tonight~” His tone had a playful lit to it while he decided to appraise his new temporary partner.
A playful glint lit Villiaumite’s eyes and he grinned. “There are plenty of ways one could get lucky, depending on how picky someone is.” He gave a playful wink, unable to help himself. He was but a simple man, and when he saw a cute guy, it was instinctual to flirt.
“Oddly quiet, but I suppose a fight wouldn't be awful. Would definitely liven the night up. If we can't find some poor order sap to fight, how about a friendly spar?” He could practically hear Ako scolding him in the back of his mind for being needlessly reckless. “I could always use the practice, after all.”
A spar? He could use a spar.
That little innuendo did not go unnoticed, and frankly, he wasn't sure on how he should react to it. Sure, he was…curious about what it would be like to do more than kiss a guy, but then there are other things to consider…Right? The fact that he never really thought of anything till now moderately concerned him but that was something to think on later when he was experimenting more. “True, but I'm talking about getting lucky in finding a order to fool around with. I wouldn't mind a practice~” His Italian accent came out a bit due to the sheer excitement he was feeling. Sparring with his team was amazing so he wanted to try out other opponents.
The eagerness of the man made Villiaumite grin. When had someone ever been so agreeable to spar with him? Pretty much never. Ako, despite knowing she did care for him, often acted like he was a bother, and his own team was often quite busy. So this? This was a delight.
“Tell you what. If we don't find some poor little order sap in the next ten minutes, we spar. Aaaaaand to make it interesting, loser owes the winner a penalty of some sort. What do you say?” His eyes sparkled with excitement as he made the suggestion.
Dem curiously wondered if this man could fight, given how he was built and all. But then again, Hatter had almost the same build and they trade even blows most of the time, looks can be deceiving. Because he just knew he was going to win their spar, the agent chuckled and nodded. “Sure~ Penalty it is.” Hopefully his partner wouldn't cry after he lost.
Grinning, Villiaumite nodded and playfully bumped against Demantoid. “Just don't cry when you lose~.” He winked teasingly, unable to help the flirting tone still in his voice. The man hasn't rebuffed him or shown disgust, and he was taking that as a green light for now.
Ten minutes of wandering around with his partner passed, and no sight of any white clad senshi or sad little knight was to be found. Turning to the other man, Villiaumite grinned. “So. Where do you wanna do this?”
Dem gave the eyeroll that would have made his cousin’s wife proud, chuckling darkly. “We shall see who cries first compagno~” The question of where to do this only received a smile, “Here is fine~” He didn't give any other indicator other than that, turning to aim a punch to his opponent’s stomach.
Villiaumite caught the movement of his partner just in time to move, jumping back a few places with a laugh. “Ohhhhh that was dirty. You play rough, I like that.” He grinned and rolled his shoulders before quickly moving close to launch a punch himself. Their size was similar, though Dem’s build might have been slightly larger. The question though was if Villi was faster.
Oh so he CAN fight?
Hell yeah.
Giving him a much lighter grin, Dem summoned his spindle, twirling it around. “Allow me to tie you up then?” He swung the weapon a bit more before throwing it at him as hard as he could. Sparring didn't mean that he couldn't use his weapon right? It's not like it could pierce him or anything…
“Hey, careful, I might enjoy that coming from a cute guy like you.” He grinned crookedly, holding up his arm to let the string wrap around his forearm. Grabbing hold, Villiaumite yanked, hard, moving forward to land a punch to Dem’s gut. Face next to his ear, Villiaumite smirked. “C'mon, don't tell me you didn't expect me to use that against you~?”
Okay, bad move.
Demantiod was not expecting the yank [although he should have], stumbling right into that punch….Wich did not feel good in the slightest. Gritting his teeth at the remark [and ignoring the reddening of his cheeks, Dem aimed a punch to his side, yanking at his spindle so he could pull back. “Fottiti!” he hissed right back, about to raise his foot to stomp down on his.
He had no idea what the man before him just said, but his bet was on a curse or insult. Laughing as he winced from the punch, Villiaumite grabbed his wrist and hissed at the foot stomping. “Hah. You've got a bit of fire. I like that.”
With a smirk, he yanked on Demantoid’s arm while aiming a kick to sweep his legs out from under him, watching the man go down as he was thrown off balance. “Sorry, but it looks like close range is more my thing.”
He does NOT loose
Demantoid DOES NOT LOOSE!
Which is how he ended up falling to the ground, but not before snatching the front of his opponent’s jacket in an effort to take him down as well. As soon as they both fell to the floor, he was instantly switching positions, his grip on the man’s front jacket tightening while he had his fist raised. His eyes were radiating steel and murder while he tried to hide the fact that he was panting just a little. “I think I win this one…No?”
Feeling himself pulled down and the positions being flipped, Villiaumite arched a brow. It was unexpected, but not something he couldn't handle. With a smirk, his knee slid up between Dem’s legs, putting the man in a very delicate position as he drew out his glass pen and pressed the tip against his throat. “Depends. How much do you value your bits being not bruised? Punch me, and you'll be icing yourself for the rest of the night. Or maybe you might get a bit stabbed instead.” Was the pen sharp? No. Did the other man need to know that? Definitely not.
He did not loose….
Except this one time apparently.
Something caused him to shiver and he ignored it, clicking his tongue before getting up and offering the man a hand. “Fine…A loss is a loss.” He didn't sound bitter or angry at all, which meant that he also wasn't making promises to get him next time as if he already knew there would be one.
Because there would be if he had any ******** thing to say about it.
“So, what is this penalty you spoke of?”
Villiaumite laughed softly and removed his pen from the man's neck, allowing him to get up. Taking the offered hand, Villi grinned at him. “Hmmmm. How about a date~?” His eyes sparkled mischievously as he brushed himself off. “If that's a no, then I am sure I can think of something else.”
A….Date?
Demantoid blinked a couple of times while he thought things over.
Hes never been on a date with a male….Is that something he wanted to do? Honestly, when it came to things like this he just didn't know… “Sure, why not? A date it is.” Not like it was going to harm him or turn into anything, just two guys going out for dinner or something like that, practically normal in this day and age. “When are we having this date?” He was already pulling out his personal cellphone to give the man for his number.
“Depends. When are you free? I can be flexible with my schedule, and I know my coworkers would swap shifts with me if needed.” Pulling his own phone out, he held it out to Demantoid before pausing and dropping his transformation.
“I'm Akito, by the way.” He wore black ripped jeans, converse, and a t shirt beneath a jacket that was custom made by his sister. He grinned easily at Demantoid, seeming quite relaxed with this.
“I'm free for a couple of weeks. I'm in between semesters for school, so any day will be fine.” Raising a brow at the detransformation, Dem supposed he could drop his as well. It's not like they were on opposite sides or anything. He took the phone and exchanging with his, powering down, shaking his head out before running his hand through it to pull it out of the way. “I'm Emiliano.” He wore a sweater that looked like it would belong to some fancy company, with blue ripped jeans and converse of his own, complete with a tan winter coat he brought from his home in Italy. “It's nice to meet you, Akito~” He held out his hand for a shake, smiling.
Appraising aqua eyes swept over the man before him, and Akito definitely liked what he saw. “Emiliano, is that Italian?” He tilted his head curiously. “And no, the pleasure is entirely mine.” He took the offered hand with a grin, only just resisting the urge to be over the top and kiss it.
“As for a time….. Tomorrow at seven sound good? What sort of food do you like?” He ran through a list of restaurants in his mind, and he wondered how nice of a place Emiliano would be comfortable with. Should he go low key, or should he follow the path of his sister and go all out fancy?
“Compagno corretto” he said smoothly, “I'm here to go to school. Italy is where I usually reside.” he was going to be here for quite a long time, his parents wont need him and they trust Cass not to lead him astray. Tomorrow at seven? Doable. “Seven would be fine. I am comfortable with anything you decide on. Surprise me?” He shrugged casually, stretching his arms over his head.
