It had been on his mind for a couple of weeks now, ever since he and Eli had revealed their alter egos to each other. He wanted Noa to be able to trust Eli, and vice versa. It was one thing to trust each other just because she was his woman, and Eli was his friend. It was another entirely to trust because they were also all on the same side of the war so to speak.

But he couldn’t ask either of them specifically, because that was telling in itself. He was ashamed at how long it had taken him to come up with a way to ask the question, and he would ask Noa first. If she said no, then that was that.

Even in his head it all sounded so convoluted, but it was actually very simple. He just… had to ask her first.

She was almost seven months pregnant and she had to say….She couldn't really move too much. Haji is a big baby, but finding out you're not carrying one but TWO babies? Good lord her poor v****a was going to be out of commission for MONTHS. Eh, just meant she would get a break and that would have to be announced on her website…Man, a near year hiatus? She was gonna have to figure out how to keep her fanbase at that point.

Not that they would be hurting for money, but she would very much like to make her own cash too.

Now that they were going to take in Leiko, Noa was a bit excited. It would be nice to have a roomie! That and he would be in a safe environment. No one should be out on the streets at any age really. She was currently resting her legs on the couch while reading on her phone when she noticed Idri walking by, looking as if he was in a daze. “Idri? You okay?”

Idri tuned back in to his surroundings when he heard Noa’s voice. She was resting more lately since they found out that their baby was actually two babies. Not only were they having a boy, but a girl, too. The doctor had recommended more rest for Noa, since she was so small and the babies were putting a strain on her body. Idri worried about her, though he would try not to show it to her. She didn’t need anything else weighing on her, she just needed to take care of herself and the babies.

He smiled softly and came over to her, leaning over to kiss the top of her head. Moving over to the end of the couch, he lifted her legs and sat down to rest her feet in his lap. “I’m okay, bunni,” he told her, starting to rub her feet. She didn’t complain much about the effects the pregnancy had on her body, but he knew her feet and back had to hurt carrying that much extra weight on her small frame. “I was just thinking about something too hard.” He chuckled softly.

Where did this perfect man come from?

Noa had to repress making provocative noises from Idri giving her feet a much needed massage, sighing constantly. “Thinking too much? Idri…You know you're FAR from being a blonde right?” She giggled, “What were you thinking about?”

He snorted and rolled his eyes a bit, giving her a crooked smile. “I know.” He pressed his thumbs into a spot he knew was always sore for her. “I was wondering if you would be okay with me telling someone about Saleeite.” He didn’t know how else to say it without being too obvious. Besides, Noa was an intelligent woman (it was one of the reasons he loved her), she knew he didn’t know that many people and trusted even fewer. She would likely be able to figure out who he wanted to tell, and suspect why.

Well, that was an odd question.

Idri didn't exactly know too many people [not that she hasn't been trying for him to get out there a bit more], so this had to be someone he one: Trusted and two: was on their side of things as far as this war goes. She couldn't exactly pinpoint who it was but if he trusted them then so would she. “Sure~ So long as I can meet them after I pop these two out.” There was no harm in knowing more and more people that were living dual lives like they were.

Idri smiled. “Of course you can,” he said. He was positive that Eli wouldn’t mind meeting Noa in their alter egos. He was also fairly sure Eli wouldn’t mind Noa knowing that he was the senshi of nightmares, but it was definitely something he couldn’t spill for his friend. “We could all go on a hunt together, have Ainsley babysit for a couple hours.” The twins wouldn’t do much besides eat, sleep, and poop for a while anyway.

“Oh awesome! That sounds like a plan to me!” and she was sure Ains would love to babysit her nibblings once they would go out. Alexi would be there and so would Leiko whenever he was available. Noa rubbed her tummy fondly, “Think they might follow in our footsteps? I don't think I could handle them being senshi. Too big of a chance that they could end up on the wrong side.” And that was what worried her the most. Or hell, they could be a knight and that would REALLY make her cry. “I know it would be ideal for these two not to be in the war but I think we need to always have that on the forefront just in case. I would rather be with them on the same side than having to corrupt them and risk memory loss.” So having Alexi around would be more of a boon than a curse it appears.

Noa looked up at Idri, and sighed. “I'm so worried…” Stupid pregnancy hormones.

He chuckled when she was on board with his suggestion. One thing he wasn’t on board with was their kids becoming entrenched in this war at all. But Noa was right. It was something they were going to have to think about when the kids got old enough. “I agree with that,” he said with a heavy sigh. “It would be better for them to be on our side if they end up powered at all.” That way they could at least protect them as much as possible.

He held her tightly when she confessed her worry, kissing her head lightly. “It’s going to be okay, baby,” he said and held her closer. “We’ll figure it out if it happens. And we make sure that the kids know they can come to us about anything at all.” Not that he had planned on raising them any other way, but still. It was good to be clear about things like this.

Noa snuggled into Idri as he held her closer. She figured no one in their right mind would want their kids in this war, but that wasn't up for them to decide…The stupid cauldron decided that and if they could find a way to destroy it, she would be all up for the task.
