Sleeves -- semi transparent sleeves that are tied around the bodice. Right side has 2 colours and is more thicker than the left (as shown in picture)

Bottoms -- above knee skirt (longer at the front). White with blended colours. Majority being taken up by #D1C1E0 (light purple), and the bottom part has [#8F6AA4 (purple). Has no stripes, but has one layer of fabric. Fabric is supposed to be soft. (Like an iceskaters skirt example)

Sailor Scout Attack: Hold me, Dearest!
A semi transparent, ethereal purple vine shoots out of Shigeru's inner wrist and connects with a target. The vine does no damage and cannot be controlled beyond choosing one target within range.
Effect: The target is suddenly overwhelmed with affection in regards to Shigeru. How this manifests is different between each target, but it typically ranges from not wanting to hurt him, to a desire to protect him, or an impulse to showing physical affection to him (this can be from kissing, to hugging, patting heads, to holding hands depending on the character's feelings to who their 'dearest person' is. The target may be so lost in affection that they even mistake him for the target of their natural affection. Regardless of how the affection manifests, the magic reduces aggression and makes targets less likely to attack for the duration.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Forgive me, Sweetheart!
A flurry of ethereal flower petals fall gently around Shigeru.
Effect: All targets within fifteen feet will feel a sense of warmth, and the faintest smell of the scent of their beloved/someone they care for or a scent that reminds them of someone they have affection for. This fragrance is soothing and gives the illusion of someone they care for is nearby. While in radius, targets may feel sluggish, as if they have entered a dream-like state. Targets may feel at peace and lose their desire to battle, or may be overwhelmed with the desire to find the object of their affection, who always seems to be just outside of their line of sight. The magic moves with Shigeru but effects will end once someone leaves the radius.
