Kiddo name & meaning: Imamba (Zulu for 'Mamba'; they're named for a snake native to Africa known as the Black Mamba,. a venomous snake with a grey body and inky black mouth. As an aside it can also reference the green mamba, a green snake in the same family also from africa, both are arbopreal)
Personality tidbit: Imamba lie in a tree overlooking the Savannah. She'd been alone... So long, she lost count of the days. Weeks. Dark eyes surveyed the land as the cub thought, watching the land. Mother wasn't there. They almost didn't remember her. They remembered spiders, remembered their sibling. Imamba's ears flicked as they wa5tched a snake strike from nearby at prey below. CXunning. Beautiful. Imamba watched the serpents survive when a leopard might not, hissing and slithering soft whispers of possibility. She had... An unspoken accord with them. A giant of a snake seemed to sense Imamba's isolation from her mother and offered a rare kindness. Imamba learned from them to hunt with efficiency too young to be innocent. To waste nothing. A mother in scale and muscle, an impossible bond formed in bonds and love? No. Pity. Pity from a pitiless huinter.

Imamba slid from her perch like liquid black as the serpent followed their prey, following the snake in silent curiousity. Imamba heard animals speajk in whispers. Of prides and safety, but Imamba was unsure of any of it. She suppoised her surrogate parent heard too, because Imamba saw them sleep close to her at night when dark, cruel lions moved. Some called the, the Nightplains. Imamba only knew them as 'venom', a repeated hissing from their surrogate mother, larger than a lion y4et smaller. Almost delicate. The Venom ones. Imamba had no interest in them. Venom killed and sickened and she was - she was scales. Delicate paws that helped with sewrpent shed an d could bring prey uif the eggs were laid. A child laid among serpents. She was careful and calm, patient, and graceful. Anbd the others? The snakes knew her, the beasts others gave wide bearth for fang and venom? They welcomed her and her surrogate mother even defended her, devouring fools whom threatened her. Snakes were wont to eat snake, but there was no cxruelty in it, no malice. Simply food. All understood and Imamba knew the difference between survival... And madness.

Imamba followed her mother to her next meal in silence and hoped there was prey for her, too.

Do you want the siblings to stick together/get along? -- It would be fine with me if they are friendly if they encounter each other. Would make an interesting RP!
How does your little one feel about their mother and the Nightplains after this? -- Mother is respected. Nightplains is home.
Do they dare to try and go be a part of Nightplains or not? -- Oh very yes. Title of "Skullcult," or similar. This leopard will be a collector of skulls from different animal species. He kills them himself, carefully handles their skulls, and even decorates them with blood and paint, and/or carving. Sometimes he gives them as gifts. Sometimes others trade (food, supplies, etc) for a skull that they like, or will leave a prized skull to be decorated. He's a little strange in the head and possibly treated like a Jester. Perhaps he sees ghosts? Perhaps he is a lion's pet? Perhaps he is a religious figure? I'm open to different plots/social situations.

Kiddo name & meaning: Calliope (beautiful voice, Greek origins)
Personality tidbit: (Can be either RP style or short sweet and simple. However here are a few important questions to answer: Do you want the siblings to stick together/get along? How does your little one feel about their mother and the Nightplains after this? Do they dare to try and go be a part of Nightplains or not?)

Calliope, or Cal, as he prefers to be called by friends and family, is a perfect little angel... when he wants something and is trying to charm is way into getting it. With a musical mew and an innocent tilt of his head, he's able to coerce adults into sharing their meals... or distracting them while his sister steals a portion of it.

Determined to stick by his sister's side, he wants to find a home for the pair of them where they could be safe, where they could put down roots. He does not want that from the Night Plains. Not only does he not trust his mother, but if his mother who saw fit to abandon her cubs lives there, surely any other creature would be just as ill-mannered.

He'll travel with Neha as long as she wants him - and will be left stunned and hopeless if she should ever want to strike out on her own, before they find a community to take them in. He loves her, he feels a dedication to protect her, and he doesn't know what he would do without her at his side. So, for both of their sakes, he's determined to see them fed, watered, and comfortably snuggled up next to one another at the end of the evening.

Side plot option: In the event that I win this little cub, I'd nudge him (and his sister, if you wanted her to follow him) towards the direction of my I/T clan, the Tree Walkers. A leopard exclusive colony, I think this could provide the protection and the roots that Calliope seeks in life.
