Hello, everyone. In this Filler, I plan to give the Last Offline Math Blaster Series the Minimum and Maximum Score Treatment or to ask the Question: What is the Max Score for Each Level across Math Blaster Master the Basics & Prime Adventure.

These last 2 games were from 2007-2009 by Knowledge Adventure, the end of the 2000s while other Edutainment Software closed down, Knowledge Adventure lasted until the Mid 2020s since not many Edutainment PC Software companies can survive past the Decades Boundary.




Before we begin, however, its worth noting that Math Blaster Master The Basics is the Final Pre-Online Game in the Knowledge Adventure Library and the 2nd reboot of the Math Blaster Series that involves Blaster Prime's Origin Story along with a Navigation AI called Aimee as they take on Cyclotron X after Blaster Prime unlocks the Blaster Corps Program, restarting it and become a superhero who must restore mankind's Math Thinking and save the galaxy.

Math Blaster Master the Basics was Released in the Late 2000s being 2007 but it sticker label says "New For 2006!". When using an early Virtual Machine build that can run Windows NT Operating Systems such Vista or 7. The Game has a 1GB to 2GB Ram Requirement and requires DirectX 10 to run. Other than that, Windows Vista & 7 do have 32-Bit OS Versions but it was the last two OS to use a Windows Aero Theme before switching to Windows Mobile.

*Update 11-6-2025*
I tried using VirtualBox Windows Vista and 86Box Windows 2000 to get Math Blaster Master the Basics to run right but it didn't work as in while it did start up, there was new text on the menu screens or a Display Graphics Error results in the game flat out crashing. So this Blaster Prime Pro Examination will need to be postponed.

Math Blaster Prime Adventure
The second game in the Blaster Prime Series but it was only released on Nintendo DS as the Last Math Blaster Game to be completely Offline. In this game Blaster Prime must save the Aimee Computer from a faction known as the Hive.

Released in 2009 as the Final Math Blaster Offline Game. 2 Years later, JumpStart would have its Offline Swan Song with JumpStart: Deep Sea Escape and JumpStart: Legend of Lost Island for the Nintendo DS in 2011 as the final edutainment games for Nintendo DS since that handheld stopped production.

This was because the Handheld Consoles were transitioning to being Fully Online with Nintendo and Sony Accounts.

I did calculate the scores for the Games Story Mode but the findings were lost due to a Notepad TXT Mangled Error. However, I did complete the game and here are the results for that game...

*Update for Master the Basics 2007*

Since VirtualBox doesn't work to run Math Blaster Master the Basics, I went with VMWare instead and as a result, while there's an error message when installing and running the game, you would need to use Task Manager within a VMWare Windows 7 x64 Virtual Machine to do so and have VMWare Tools installed to get the Hardware Acceleration working.

Its sightly buggy but at least it displays the Text In-Game but it does not play the Knowledge Adventure intro from the Discover & Learn Era since I don't have QuickTime installed in VMWare Windows 7 for some reason. So this filler can continue but partially.

So here's the Results of Math Blaster Master the Basics 2007's Add & Subtract Level 1...
Mental Math = 11/11 Points
Addition 0-8 = 2/3 Points
Find Equivalents = 8/8 Points
Problem Solving = 5/5 Points
Subtraction 0-8 = 3/3 Points
Complete Equation = 4/4 Points
Fact Families = 1/1 Points
Overall for Addition & Subtraction Level 1: 35 Points

Final Score: 34/35 Points
Accuracy: 97.14 out of 100

Its worth noting that in the Progress Report Screen, Addition & Subtraction Levels 1-4 has 7 Sections, Multiplication & Division also has 7 Sections for Levels 1-2 while Levels 3-4 has 8 Sections each
