Kicheko smiled, though her expression was a little apologetic, as she realized she'd interrupted the unsuspecting lioness. Well, maybe she did have a little shame, after all.
"
I hope I'm not intruding." She informed the other. "
You just looked so peaceful, I couldn't help, but approach." She explained.
When Ayana went on to explain herself, to what she was doing, Kicheko nodded.
"
Indeed, all the cubs have certainly grown. Of course, I've been waiting to have my own with my dear Kemet, but nothing seems to have taken, despite our attempts so far." She sighed, but perked up with a smile. Ayana didn't need to hear about her troubles. "
I'm determined to have at least one litter, though. You will have cubs to mind sooner or later." She vowed, when a thought struck her. "
What happens to a Nanny, when she has cubs of her own? Do you outsource to other Nannies, or do you mind them personally?" She flicked her ears. "
Do you intend to have cubs, Ayana?" Kicheko was so absorbed in her own life, that she realized that she did not know much about the other lioness. She was certainly beautiful, ther was no doubt in Kicheko's mind that if she wished it, that she could find a mate to call her own. Did she have a mate already?
Haha is still single, I think. Perhaps the two could find kinship over their love of little ones. She thought, but goodness - she didn't even know if Ayana was already courting someone, so certainly it would be rude to try and set her up with her brother.
"
Flower seeds?" She echoed when the topic came up and she gazed around the blooms. "
You mean you did this? I didn't know that flowers could come in so many colors. They're quite lovely." She nudged a flower gently with her paw. "
Do you maintain them in any manner, or it's only the seeds and then they're... well, taken care of?" She asked, curious about how plants worked.
