All staff purchases, earnings, and how much things cost will be seen here. Staff will keep their points updated as they earn them, and as they spend them. This is for transparency.
Staff, please keep a to-do list of all your current work in your post. Repost your log when the month has turned over with the new month.
All calculations are subject to change as the shop grows. This system is not set in stone and may change at any time!
Staff are allowed to redeem their SC at any time, for whatever they would like (customs, breedings, etc.) unless there is a Catch-Up freeze. Staff may use their SC to buy gifts for others as well. Staff may not gift the same customer/staffer twice in a row. If a colorist is allowed to take on a custom, breeding or holds a successful auction using RLC, the pets produced will not count towards staff credits.
In the case of a major, shop-wide event, staff may forfeit their chance to enter the event if they spot a premade that desperately want and claim it.
Pet Trades: Staff are allowed to Trade for pets in other shops that they do not currently work in for either themselves or a friend. Trades cost SC equivalent to a purchase. Example; Staffmember works at both Cafe and Bakery. Staffmember cannot do a pet trade from Cafe to Bakery. However, Staffmember can pet trade from Cafe to Deli, as Colorist does not work at Deli.
Staff may not have SC purchases dropped officially until their owed work (work older then 30 days) is done. If you have work older then 30 days, you NEED to finish that work before you can receive a SC purchase for yourself.

For Guest Colorists: You may color yourself one unedited adult pet every other month if you meet at least 2 of the following criteria; You have contributed at least 2 pets to a previous event You have opened up customs or breeding at least 3 times within 6 months You have contributed at least 5 freebies within 3 months You have taken on at least 2 SC requests within 3 months. For every 2 SC requests you may get another unedited pet claim! You may stack this into an edited up to Major Edits pet if you wish!
Other terms and conditions may be negotiated!
When purchasing something from another colorist, keep in mind you need to ask first. They reserve the right to say no. You may use your points at any time, though you may only purchase 3 things within a month. You simply need to have the points to do it. Staff do not add points depending on the stage. The cost of a pet covers all stages.
