I might have posted this somewhere here already, I just cant remember because my head has been in a scramble since my dad passed. He had a massive heart attack out of no where. A month before this he had a full check up and everything looked great even his heart so it was just a complete shock to all of us. Iv been trying to stay strong but sometimes I just break down, I thought maybe if I typed it out here maybe id be able to start moving forward.
There has been a lot going on and I feel stressed out a lot of the time but hopefully soon things will start feeling some what normal.
Thanks for listing (reading) I hope all of yall are doing well!

I'm sorry to hear your father passed away unexpectedly. The shock of sudden passings can make dealing with a passing so much more difficult. Expressing grief is often helpful and I'm glad you feel comfortable expressing it here. Many cities have bereavement support groups for those who prefer to meet in person, and there are many online forums dedicated to bereavement support.

I hope you find the support you need and the ability to process your feelings safely, allowing you to move forward.
