ur family had always had a traditional turkey dinner for Thanksgiving. This year my Mother told us that she doesn't really care for turkey. eek We were all shocked. In honor for our Mother we are going turkeyless this year. Stuffed pork roast with a cranberry glaze is on the menu with all the regular traditional trimmings. This got me thinking...what do other people serve for thanksgiving.
