The Fourth War had drawn to a close, a tepid peace encompassed the five nations. Unity was a frail word, spoken only by those who held hope firm against heart and soul. The heroes were lauded, the crowds dispersed, and the world of war was set to simmer. The silence between made headway to the tired, repetitive history that the head of each village acknowledged - peace would never last.
The break came just two years after the war. Its highlight? Beast Blood, though it was not a new concept. It had simply become moreβ¦ unmanageable. The clan Inuzuka, the well known Sannin Orochimaru, the notorious former missing-nin Hoshigaki Kisame, these were a few names among many who bore more bestial aspects and natures. While some had tempered themselves, others followed in the path of the tailed beasts. Beastkin Vigilantes - a crude title but aptly given β sought justice of their own make, for the suffering that the five nations had put them through.
With a force of destruction that brought mass panic among civilians of each village, the Kages gathered once more to discuss assigning some of their available nin to capture and contain Beastkin both innocent and unlawful by what forces they deemed necessary.
