What are the ways you fit God into your health and wellness routine? I'm not only talking about the gym, it may be that you chase kids around all day, or perhaps before you hike up that mountain, or maybe before you brush your teeth of a morning.
Generally, I find prayer to be a good place to start before/while doing these things. What about you? biggrin
