You go to the Avatar Builder (under My Gaia). Once you're there, look for the thing that sayas "Allow Ghosting:" that has a tick box next to it.
Firstly, make sure that box is ticked so people can ghost you.
Second, the way you get your code is to just hover your cursor over that box, and a little box should come up that says "Allows other to build avatars as you. They will need your userid: [GHOST CODE]"

Instead of [GHOST CODE], it will be a long string of numbers. That's your ghost code! whee
