The grey-skinned beings with black eyes and a blood-lust that is feared across the globe, Vampires are the second most common race in Noeven. Because the Demons see themselves as superior, the Vampires live in their own cities, mountain cities throughout the desert mountains. They are a powerful race, although not as strong as the demons, and they are always part of the Noeven Army, never given a choice, and this payment is what keeps them safe from Demon persecution.
Vampires have the abilities of superhuman senses, superhuman bodily function, healing through blood consumption, memory gaining through blood consumption, levitation, disease immunity, disease detection, bat transformation, weather manipulation, and prolonged life. They possess the skils of Black Magic as well. They are highly sensitive to light, as it immediately burns their skin, and anything with a pungent smell irritates their sense of smell and can distract them. Holy Magic is effective against them, as well as objects blessed with Holy Magic, but they are very persistent and are able to sneak better than most demonic races because of their levitation.
