OMGMag is a safe, chill, family like environment. yum_puddi
We definitely encourage game nights, lively discord chats, mingling, etc.
There is time for work, there is time for play. Common sense right?
Here are our rules and guidelines:
1.Be respectful - Please do treat this as a real workplace. OMGMag members do take their jobs very seriously. Respect your fellow members and heads. You will receive 2 verbal warnings before you're terminated.
2. Attendance - Please attend meetings on time. If you cannot make it or will be late, communicate that to your head or any head. Notes will be provided for those who cannot make it.
3.Deadlines - Each department has a set due date. Each due date correlates with the next. For whatever reason you will be late on a due date or missing a due date please do communicate that with your head.
Ex. Writers due date is the beginning of the month, Editors following shortly after, Artist, Graphics, Ads.
4.Communication - Communication is KEY! You MUST keep your Head(s), Artist(s), Writer(s), and Editor(s) in the loop. If you do not communicate with your Artist(s) in regards to artwork for your article(s), Artist(s) have permission to create whatever they want. It will also be reported to both Heads of each department. Same goes for Editing, if you do not revise your article(s) in a timely matter they have permission. As well as reporting to both heads.
5.Hiatus - You must inform a head of your hiatus status. As well as when you're officially leaving and returning. If you're a head, you must inform another head, VP and make someone your temp. If you're gone longer than 1 month you will be replaced. If for some reason your hiatus is being extended speak with a VP. Otherwise, your position may not be ensured upon your return.
6.We DO NOT tolerate: Drama, slandering, disrespect, inactivity, tardiness - 3 warnings, negativity, he said/she said, gossiping, bashing and screenshotting personal messages.
In regards to religion, politics, venting, and ranting. We do not allow that in any server EXCEPT our NSFW on discord. We've had previous issues with prior members, therefore to keep it cool we will allow it in NSFW SERVER ONLY.

30-Day Probation
Starting off with OMGMAG, each new member starts off on a 30 day trial period. Helps the heads determine if you can:
1. Keep up with the fast pace.
2. Stay committed.
3. Your Work Ethic.
After 30 days, you're officially an OMGMag Family member! emotion_brofist

20TH - PROGRESS REPORT
Time/Timezones
~ 9PM Central
~ 10PM Eastern
~ 7PM Pacific
~ 8PM Mountain Time
~ 12PM AEST
~ 10AM PHT
If you're going to be late or cannot attend please inform your head.
Notes will be provided and pinned in the discord meeting server.
