• Formerly known as Viktor Hart, he had a p normal life with a wife and kid.
• Got into a bad accident involving a shitton of radiation and began to turn into a ghoul. Maybe something work-related, like he made weapons and s**t and some experimental nuclear thingos went haywire.
• His wife, despite being afraid of ghouls, tried to make their relationship work even though she found him disgusting. Obviously, things became strained.
• As Viktor's ghoulism progressed, he began to glow green and give off small amounts of radiation. Fearing for his family's safety, he left them.
• Keeping his ghoulishness hidden, Viktor took up residence in a settlement a ways away from home to start anew. Though, he mostly kept to himself and interacted with others very little.
• Suspicions fell onto him when those who lived in his proximity began to experience radiation sickness. Tracing the rads, the townsfolk were lead to Viktor, where he was exposed as a noxious, glowing ghoul, and was promptly removed.
• Having lost everything and now wandering the wasteland, Viktor ended up encountering The Children of Atom, where they attacked. When they realized their irradiated weapons had no effect on him, they stopped. The cult appeared to revere him once they noticed his green, glowing skin, and convinced him to join them. With nothing else, Viktor began to feel like it was meant to be.
• Viktor became convinced that as a sentient glowing one, Atom had chosen him to spread the word and be an instrument of His influence. He saw the misfortune of his life as a sign from Atom and that it was now his destiny to serve him and spread the word.
• Wanting to distance himself from his former life, Viktor took on the surname Strangelove. He is known as Brother Strangelove to fellow Children of Atom and introduces himself as such on his missionary trips.
