who here has this condition and what helps to keep the tears down ?
i was diagnosed this in 2009 and have been on several medicines to help it but i would rather talk to friends and get some good thoughts on this

Am I the only one that goes through severe highs and really bad lows with their moods and emotions ? please come tell me how you deal with it all ??

I was originally diagnosed as bp2 but my diagnosis was changed to bp1 this January. I've been diagnosed since 2016

I have a Bipolar 1 diagnosis. I've spent over a third of my life severely depressed and had one manic episode in 2009, which was the worst thing that ever happened to me despite the euphoria.
Fortunately after much experimentation my doctor and I found a drug combination that works very well. I have had only very brief and mild spells of depression and no mania ever since we found this drug combination. The side effects suck, but feeling content and/or happy most of the time instead of miserable is worth it.

i have many outlets that do help me and the change in mood doesnt happen as much as it used to .. my favorite outlet is rping
