MegDrin True. I just don't know of the places lol.
I know the two biggest platforms ARMY can be found are Twitter and Tumblr. If you have accs on either of those two, you'll have an easy time finding fans as long as you search up BTS.
Uhm also on the ARMY Amino app which is actually specific to BTS so everyone on there is an ARMY. It's similar to a forum but on an app.
And ofc, on the VLive app which is actually for all kpop groups but you can follow BTS and talk on the chat in their subsection (and it's a great way to check out other groups too if you're interested).
I'm sure there's more but those are the ones I frequent.

Especially when its cams of the fan chants. There have been a few posts on experiences from the LA concerts on Amino.
